From our first interaction with Cooke and Son and to delivery of our new furniture the whole experience was outstanding. There was no pressure from the salesmen - they just wanted us to be happy with our choices - delivery date was exactly as promised - the delivery men positioned the furniture in our lounge exactly as we wanted. The manager Michael was never too busy to speak to us and always returned our calls if he was with a customer. I recommend Cooke and Son to anyone looking for new furniture - the prices were also very competitive. This family owned shop really is an example of how all furniture shops should be run.

The shop is very well laid out we went on 12/7/26 ,to look for a small sofa and 2 chairs. Joanna was very helpful and showed us several styles, colours and materials. We went back on 15/7/26 and ordered our new furniture.

Lisa (Sales) very knowledgeable, helpfull and she left me to make my chooses without any pressure selling. I have been researching adjustable beds for a while and have had alot of pressure selling.
Delivery was very efficient. Called before arriving. Used stairs without question, lift is person lift only. Packaging was removed for disposal.

My understanding is most of the showrooms in Birmingham and Solihull area have the same manufacturers and silmilar designs but Cookes was different. What I observed they have unique designs and not manufacturing in China like most of other showrooms. We ordered a dining table with 8 chairs, a Coffe table and a lamp table and would love to go back if we need any thing in future.If I remeber correctly , the guy name was Ben, who was respectfull and patient with us as we asked him multiple questions. Overall it was a good experience. We are waiting for our delivery now.

Such a beautiful showroom, catering for a wide budget range. Excellent service and attention to detail from the staff - particularly David - and the guy who wears the ties made of wood kept my Grandson entertained!
