I just received a new skillet that I had seen mentioned in Cooks Magazine.
It had no instruction manual with it, and I no longer have the cook book that explains the use of the pan.

Electric roaster pan liners
The liners stuck to my roaster. The was no liquid leak it just stuck completely towards the top of my pan. It was a 22 quart roaster. The people at cooks direct were very helpful, they got right back to me when I contacted them. They told me what to do to try to unstick the liner. I did what they told me and it did unstick most of the liner but not completely, what is left is almost part of the pan will not come off. I would not recommend these liners.

Never use this company.
There are so many great restaurant/ cooking equipment restaurants out there that have great policies and prices, unfortunately this is not one. Very poor product descriptions that are misleading, very poor customer service to top that off. Not going into a lot of detail, just would advise others to shop around and avoid this company cooks direct at all costs.
