Had problem with electric can opener contacted customer service department a replacement was sent out straight away. Excellent service and could not fault the staff and company. 5 stars, to Raveena.

Had an unexpected problem with our breadmaker. Can’t praise Cooksprofessional enough for the speed and efficiency with which this was sorted out.
As a side issue they are now using paper packaging instead of plastic where possible. Full marks for that!

I had purchased the salt and pepper mill in Copper I had a small issue 8 months down the line and the customer service I have received is superior. No if's or but's all sorted within a couple of days. Thank you Sam

This is an excellent espresso machine, good coffee, easy to use and very quiet.

Customer service is great too. I had a minor issue which was quickly sorted out.

My experience was ok I was missing a few parts but with the amazing help of the employees of this company today they have sent out the new ones.

I just wanted to say great customer service. I'm looking at a dual air fryer for my Mum. I had some questions so called and spoke to a very nice lady called Sam. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Very prompt response to my enquiry and new product delivered in just two days. Couldn’t ask for more helpful staff.

Notified customer service about airfryer no longer working on Friday 19 April. New replacement received Monday 22nd! Very good communication from Raveena and Emily. Would also recommend this brand missed it that weekend as loved using it and had used it very successfully until failure (was just my luck to have this happen) friends recommended it and no problem with any of theirs.

Very prompt and informative emails ,kept me informed about my repair at all times , and sent me a replacement out on next day delivery when they were unable to repair my coffee machine. I would recommend them and whoever trained their customer service staff well done

I bought a food processor which needed a replacement lid, pusher and bowl. I contacted Cooks Professional directly even though I had bought it from Amazon as I didn't want to have to send the whole thing back. The replacement items were shipped to me quickly with one arriving the day after I contacted them. I'm very pleased with my food processor and the customer service from Cooks Professional has been exceptional. I definitely recommend them.
