I found the response to my yardforce lawnmower problem excellent.The roller fixing was faulty, but it was dealt with immediately and I received the new roller two days later. Really great service

Wrong part
Only replied back to me because of this review sick and tired of companies doing this so poor at customer service. The fuel pipe split on my lawn mower. I ordered a new part. The part that came was wrong. I couldn't fit this new pipe. I raised the ticket, sent pictures been going round and round and now they've stopped emailing me bad customer service avoid at all costs

Inconsistent or non-existent service!
Initially they said they did not stock the item but then the order was processed and received ok!They did not respond to my request for a bolt to fit the wheel.Mmmmm!
