We rented and then tried to buy a property through country properties in Ampthill. Unfortunately we were unable to buy the property in the end due to our own situation.

The Waitrose of estate agents.I’m always seriously skeptical when it comes to estate agents but i seriously cannot praise them enough from initial contact where there was no pressure to Jake coming and appraising my house to the final completion they have been phenomenal.Jake made me feel comfortable and confident and took some incredible photos of my home and we agreed the price easily with him showing me detailed values of other properties available in my area.Ken handled viewings with ease and pure professionalism and understood that even though I was selling this was still my home,I felt safe in his hands.
A special mention to Sasha who deals with completions a true Angel who seriously goes over and above the call of duty.She kept me updated every step of the way and walked with me through the sticky bits,honestly she made the final bits a breeze chasing Solicitors’s and doing anything she could to make the process easier.The whole process could have been so much harder but everyone at Country Property work to help you through it..

I purchased my property through country properties and from the first viewing until completion they were really on the ball, pushing solicitors to do their thing. They communicated well with me the buyer so that knew what was happening at different stages. I enjoy the whole process of moving but even then it can at times be stressful but country properties were good at distressing. I would use them to sell my property but not for many years yet.
