From start to finish the whole process of selling our house was exemplary. The sale went through unbelievably quickly and we obtained the full price we were seeking. Communication was always excellent. Prior to the sale we had been anxious but this proved to be totally unnecessary as everything went so smoothly.

The service that was provided by Jake and Sasha was first class and value for money. I could not find one fault from start to finish, excellent communications and knowledge. I highly recommend.

Sasha and team were great...! It was a short property chain but had a few issues for all parties involved. So the sale took 6 months. Sasha and team kept pushing activities between Estate Agents and at times the Solicitors. Always being professional, with a little nudge in the right direction to keep the momentum up.

Overall a great job. I got the house which was a big move for me. The little welcome present and scented candle name sums it up nicely for me now. "Home Sweet Home...!"

After a recent tragedy in my best friends life I helped her move. Luckily we chose Leysbrook estate agents to handle the sale of her property. However the down side was the property she was purchasing was through Country Properties in Letchworth. The service they provided was extremely poor, in fact it was Leysbrook that did most of the work to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend steering clear of country properties.

I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.

What a fantastic team at Ampthill Country properties. We have had such a great experience selling our house with them. Ken was brilliant when he came out to value our house and take pictures and he got it on the market super quick. Lynne was great and so helpful. Billie was always friendly and did every she could to help. What can I say about Sasha just wow!! she really did go above and beyond!!! She did absolutely everything she could to make it as smooth as possible for us and was constant with her updates. Her kindness and professionalism is on another level. We can not thank her enough.
