4 months after my third session I sent some pics and vids pf my SMP with Marc and he told me that could get in touch with his PA to book a fourth session no costs attached...

1 week after my fourth session and couldn't be happier. It really just perfected the overall look... Marc isn't about quick money ... no he is a true artist who is in this business to help people and he only wants to achieve perfect results!

I am delighted to share my experience with Creative Scalps and their exceptional service. I recently underwent SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) treatment at their facility for Alopecia Areata, a condition that was caused in my case by stress, and I must say that I am delighted with the results. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team at Creative Scalps made me feel comfortable and ensured that all my questions were answered before the treatment began. The SMP treatment itself was painless and surprisingly quick. It was performed over 4 sessions, and on each session, the previous results were discussed by Marc, Nicole and myself. Nicole was highly skilled and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that my hairline was perfectly aligned where the alopecia had destroyed the hairline and matching it with my natural hair growth pattern. She also did a fantastic job of filling in the bald circular patches. I was amazed at how natural my scalp looked after the treatment, and the results exceeded my expectations. I received advice from Marc indicating that, in some cases, the SMP treatment may promote regrowth in affected areas. Luckily, I am among the fortunate individuals who have experienced regrowth in specific areas following the treatment, which is an extraordinary benefit. The aftercare provided by Creative Scalps was outstanding. They provided me with detailed instructions on how to care for my scalp after the treatment and checked up on me regularly to ensure that I was healing well. Like everyone that researches SMP and worries about the result, I was exactly the same. Turns out it was a breeze! Marc is a fantastic artist and gave me 100% what I was looking for. The subtle transition between the 3 sessions makes the process very gradual. Trust me, you will be worrying about it more than anyone else! The guys in the office didn't click on to the gradual change, neither did my son who lives with me! The final result is perfect, each session took about 7 to 10 days to soften a little. I use a Skull Shaver the night before which takes about 1 minute and in the morning it's perfect. I don't even think twice about it now, all done and so pleased.
