Got delivered a pergola, was very pleased with the quality of the materials, and Greg and Jack ,who also assembled and erected it , were very professional , and made sure everything was as I wanted, they worked tirelessly and I was very impressed with their work . Just like to say how good it was to deal with a professional company, from the start of the process to the delivery, first class service.
Also a big thank you to your delivery guys. As Lee may recall I was away when the furniture was delivered. The guys assembled and put the cushions away for me as well, excellent service.

What a marvellous company to deal with from the order stage through to installation. Greg and Jack, the install team, were so incredible. They found solutions to any problems and worked so hard to complete the erection of my Pergola. Lee and Kim were unbelievably helpful during the order stage and I just feel very lucky to have found this company. My Pergola is built over a swim spa and I could not be happier.

Because I live in the NE of England,I was a little apprehensive because of the location of Crownhill Garden Furniture to my home.However from my initial enquiry regarding the purchase of a pergola, the help ,support and communication I received was excellent thanks to Kim who kept me updated as to the progress of my purchase and the schedule.
The installation team Greg and Jack arrived after a 5 hour journey!! On arrival after a very friendly introduction from the boys, we gave our requirements as to the location etc. of the pergola. The boys immediately commenced the installation work. During the work any questions/ queries we asked were answered immediately. On completion they provided all necessary instructions we required when using the pergola.Finally they collected and removed all the packaging and swept the area. An excellent professional job completed.
Finally the quality of the pergola is outstanding.

I initially ordered a 4x3m Titan pergola plus 4 screens from this company, however when I was let down by an other company on a furniture set I had ordered, Kim was really helpful and was able to provide the same set which was unavailable elsewhere.
Due to delays in having our garden landscaped we were unable to take delivery of the items ordered and both Kim and Lee assured me that they would store my items until we were ready. This turned out to be 4 months. During this time I received calls reassuring me that my items were waiting. We chose to use Crownhill’s installation team and Greg and Jack did an excellent job in erecting the pergola. They arrived at the agreed time working tirelessly for 4 hours on the pergola installing the free heater and assembling the furniture. They talked us through everything when they had finished and cleared away all packaging. It’s worth mentioning that they were also able to secure the pergola to the patio, which I found most other companies were not prepared to do.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Crownhill and will certainly use them again and recommend to family and friends.

We purchased a Nova Titan 4m x 3m pergola from Crownhill. Although the delivery took a while, this was no fault at all with Crownhill, it was a supply issue, Lee and Kim kept us informed and up to date with expected delivery etc. On the date of the installation, Greg and Jack arrived at the expected time and the pergola was up in no time. Greg and Jack were courteous and professional and clearly explained the installation process and the best options for our site.
The pergola looks amazing and I can thoroughly recommend Crownhill Garden Furniture.

We purchased the Nova – Titan 2.4m x 2.4m Aluminium Metal Pergola from Crownhill & from start to finish they were brilliant. Really helpful with the order, price was good & installation team worked hard and were really friendly & professional (sorry can’t recall their names please pass on our thanks once again). The pergola is strong and waterproof and we are really pleased with the quality and the service. Definitely recommend this company.

Our second pergola purchased from this retailer and on both occasions, the service has been impeccable and price very competitive . They also use experienced installers at a very reasonable charge compared to others we looked at.

I purchased a 6m x 4m Thor Deluxe pergola from Crownhill earlier this year for around £5,000.

I want to be fair in this review. The pergola looks fantastic and the installation team were excellent. I was genuinely delighted with it when it was first installed.

Unfortunately, when we had our first rain it became apparent that the roof leaks badly. This is particularly disappointing because Crownhill specifically advertises this pergola as having an “entirely waterproof” roof.

I reported the problem on 6 May and supplied photographs video. Crownhill acknowledged the issue and subsequently advised me that another customer with the same pergola was experiencing the same problem. Various replacement parts and a possible solution have been discussed, but nearly four months later my pergola still leaks and I still don’t have a confirmed repair date.

To be fair to the staff at Crownhill, they have responded but I’ve had to chase them. They appear to be having difficulties getting the manufacturer to resolve the problem. However, as the customer who purchased the pergola from Crownhill, I don’t think I should have to wait indefinitely while this is sorted out between retailer and manufacturer.

I simply want the roof made waterproof, as it was advertised to be.

I will happily update this review if and when Crownhill resolves the problem.

We received a 3.6m x 3m pergola everything was perfect the quality it was packed very well the guys who delivered it was polite. We bought the privacy screens with the pergola too. Customer service was excellent always ready to help if you had any questions. We built the pergola ourselves as my husband is well experienced in this type of work.The pergola is made very well its strong and very heavy we could not fault it at all. We ordered the pergola on a Thursday and it was delivered on the Monday was very impressed how quick we received the pergola. I would highly recommend Crownhill Garden Furniture if you are considering buying a pergola.

From the moment I contacted Crownhill Garden Furniture they were brilliant. I liaised with Kim to ensure I could have my furniture delivered by 21st August and awaited a call to have my delivery arranged. As promised I was contacted and arranged delivery for 20th August - very pleasant gentleman called Lee rang to sort this out - making sure of accessibility for the furniture to be put straight into the garden. Right on time John and Dave arrived - unpacked and set up the garden furniture and made sure we were happy with everything. Both were friendly, cheerful and got on with the delivery. Highly recommend this company - great price and fantastic service from beginning to end.

John & Bray delivered my garden furniture yesterday and were nothing but polite, friendly and professional! Wonderful company to deal with from start to finish, giving a personable service which made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend and will be using again!

This company have been fantastic from start to finish. The customer service and customer care is wonderful. Kim and Lee kept me informed about the pergola i purchased by phone and email. Passage of information was excellent. When it came to having the pergola fitted by the construction team I was even more impressed. They were polite, easy going and very good at thier job. It was a seamless installation and Mark gave me loads of advice on how to maintain the pergola. All I can do is say Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

EDIT: After seeing my review some chap called Lee has been emailing me, attempting to intimidate me into taking my review down. Terrible company.

I was left unimpressed with the very disrespectful behaviour from the older gentleman on the Crownhill delivery team.

I was greeted with a rude "we have been ringing you" at my door - no hello. Then dirty shoes were worn throughout my house despite my polite"shoes off" sign on my porch. My potted garden plants were were knocked over by him, and not picked up.

All of this disrespect was then topped off by an unnecessary comment that "they need to hurry so they don't get a ticket".

All in all the gentleman in question disturbed our peace and went out of his way to be a nuisance.
