CROWNHILL GARDEN FURNITURE Bewertungen

We ordered a pergola this year. It was slightly more expensive than other companies but really well worth it. It is so well built and to have the side panels as an added extra has been brilliant too for those really hot days. They really do block a good amount of heat and sun. The build team was Radek & Max and then we ordered something else and the build team were Radek & Kacper. They were great. Worked quickly, efficiently and expertly. When ordering initially I contacted Crownhill and found out that it was a family firm. They can be very proud of themselves as they work hard and long hours to ensure the customer is looked after. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic service with clear communication from order to delivery of a Saturn Pergola. It was installed by Radek and Kacper, who we helpful, polite and professional.

Excellent price, service and delivery, exceeded expectations. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

5 Stars – Excellent product and exceptional service!
We are absolutely delighted with our new modern lookung pergola. The quality is outstanding, but what really made the experience seamless was the installation team, Radek and Kacper.
They did an incredible job from start to finish—working efficiently, keeping us updated, and showing great attention to detail. Once the setup was complete, they explained how it worked, thoroughly tidied up the entire area and took away all the packaging, leaving the garden as they found it.
Top-notch service and a fantastic team. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service from this company, from the sales team, to the manager (who rang me to arrange delivery) to Greg and Jack who arrived on time to install the pergola after a very long drive! They cracked on and were super friendly, professional. Installation was quick but very thorough. I was really impressed.

Had a pergola fitted last Saturday by Radek and Kacper, very friendly and professional….looks great, just what i was after. Definitely 5 star service!

I found this company first class.
I had a new pergola fitted by Radek and Kacper who were friendly and professional.they even offered to move my furniture back to where it should be. When I first ordered the pergola I measured the area wrong and the pergola did not fit. Lee and Kim who are the proprietors went above and beyond to help me sort my mistake out. I wish this family business all the best in the future and would highly recommend them.

We ordered a Pergola from these guys to sit over our outside patio sofa - was so pleased with it, we ordered another for our outside patio table! Right from the easy ordering, to the customer service and updates on delivery, to the actual delivery and erection of the pergolas', it was a dream. The fitter (Radek) and his helper, were friendly yet professional and super quick, but still took the time to check everything and also clear the site of packaging etc. A pleasure to deal with the company, so much that we have recommended them to friends, who will also be purchasing a pergola next year.

A great company to deal with the order process was very easy everything was explained to us
As we live in Scotland we were told it would be approximately 4 weeks we got in 5 weeks
Also they wavered the delivery fee if we took there building and bolt down which we were happy to do
We got a delivery and fitting date
Greg and Jake who were the fitters were brilliant and worked hard installing pergola
The pergola is of a great standard really happy
So a big thanks to all at crownhill fantastic service

Lee and Kim were amazing. I bought a Pergola from them and they were so helpful as I had no idea . They advised me and I trusted them. Their gutters were also brilliant, professional and competent.
Would use them for any garden furniture I will need in the future

Helpful staff and i bought some furniture only to find I'd made a mistake. They refunded no problem. Would definitely look to use them again.

Great experience from initial enquiry and assistance from Kim, to delivery organisation from Lee and installation by Greg, Jack and Rhaja. Brilliant pergola product and first class service throughout. Thank you all, very happy customers!

We purchased a Saturn 4m x 2.5m wood effect pergola from Crownhill and couldn’t be happier. We got to speak to someone on the phone to confirm order details and they were very knowledgeable on the subject. I initially planned to install it myself but speaking to Crownhill and reading other reviews on how good the installation teams are, I decided against it. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. The two lads (Greg and Jack) worked like trojans to install it. They discussed a couple of dilemmas to over come showing me the options and went with my decisions. Delivery was within their predicted timescale, price was best I could find overall service couldn’t be bettered. Thank you!!

We bought a Nova Carolina 8 seat dining set and are so pleased with it. Kim, Lee and the delivery guys were all brilliant and we would recommend these guys to anyone.

It has been refreshing to deal with a company which excels throughout every step of the purchase and installation of our Nova Tiitan Pergola & Nova Tranquility Garden Furniture. The level of expertise and product awareness offered by Lee and Kim in the sales team, has proved invaluable in creating our outdoor space.
The delivery and installation was professionally carried out by Radek and Kacper, whom worked tirelessly in the heat to complete the build ahead of schedule and to our absolute satisfaction. The products are of excellent quality, backed up by customer service across the board, which has been second to none.

We ordered our second pergola which they arranged to have built for us absolutely brilliant service could not be happier also ordered 8 seater table and chairs which they built for us and put in place. All of the rubbish was taken with them. Also Kim and Lee could not be more helpful great experience from start to finish would highly recommend

Having decided to purchase a pergola we visited the showroom in Enfield to look at the Nova Titan. Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and we placed our order there and then. They were very obliging taking account of our holidays.
The pergola was delivered and installed three weeks later.
Greg and Jack did a really professional job building the pergola, working tirelessly in the extreme heat of the afternoon whilst offering much helpful advice as required.
Throughout the the whole experience we've found all those involved to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The product is of very high quality, exceeds our expectations and looks good in our garden.
I'd have no problem in recommending this company to others.

The experience I received during my purchase and installation was definitely 5 star. Great product and great customer service.

We ordered a Saturn Pergola for our garden and opted for the fitting service. Greg & Jack arrived when they said and went through everything before they started. We then left them to it & were very surprised at how quickly they erected it. They then asked if we were happy with the position before they fixed to the patio.
They were professional, hardworking, polite guys. A credit to the company. The product is of a high quality and just whet we wanted.
Would recommend this company to anyone.
First class service throughout.

We ordered some garden furniture from Crownhill which was the best price we found online. We had some questions and the customer service team responded almost immediately. They delivered to us up in the North West and the delivery guys assembled for a really reasonable fee. We don't have the best access to our garden but the guys didn't mind and they carried the furniture all the way around to the back of the house. It was sweltering and they assembled really quickly, both very friendly and respectful. We would highly recommend.
