Amazing experience! I needed to get a sizing changed on an order and Donna was so helpful and really really kind. She sorted out my order and got my sizing changed for me without any issues.

Donna was amazing she got back to me with my concerns quickly, as I accidentally put in the wrong order information, she contacted me and helped my correct my delivery information and my packaged arrive perfectly, thanks Donna I appreciate it.

Whilst I find the customer service and overall hip-hop/street vibe of the indoor locations to be pretty cool,they are definately lacking the availability of most things instore as apposed to just shopping online. I wish they had more stuff available, or maybe I just went at a bad time, but I don't think I'll make the trip to go to a store again, much better experience online

I noticed I had the wrong address for shipping after I placed my order.
I emailed straight away (around 9pm)
By 7am I had an email from Gabby confirming she had already amended the order for me.

They are terrible, my package was lost, they said they were going to give me credit never did, they won’t answer emails. I even called they don’t answer. I have spoken to a woman specifically. Her name was gabby, I have yet been helped. No one made any effort. I spent 230+ and my package wasn’t received they didn’t do anything about it, don’t rely on them. They are terrible I have emails to prove they said they would give me store credit never did. They are very un trustworthy and if you’re packaging get stolen or lost like mine did, I feel sorry they won’t do anything about it. They don’t do refunds or anything. I wish I could’ve 0 stars I wish I could’ve negative never again.

Dealt with Alphonsine today over email to sort out an order I had placed which I had selected the wrong sizing. They were extremely fast in making sure the size was changed before my order was shipped. I can tell they really care about customer satisfaction and THEY DESERVE A MASSIVE RAISE!!!!! Haven’t had better customer service in my life than what Alphonsine provided me today. Thank you !!

I ordered a pair of jeans today and about 10 minutes after ordering them I realised I had somehow set the delivery to a completely different address, my mum called them up and a lovely lady ( gabby ) answered and helped us change the address and made sure we were completely happy with the whole order, I just got an email a few hours ago letting me know my jeans were already on their way!! the customer service is top tier and a MASSIVE thank you to gabby for being so kind, understanding and helpful!!
