Install HIVE smart thermostat, and a new dishwasher
Recently hired Deeside Heating to install a HIVE smart thermostat and a new dishwasher for my sister's property. From the start, David was brilliant to deal with - responsive via email, clear about costs and timelines, and explained everything thoroughly. The plumber who came out was on time, was very professional, tidy, and did excellent work. The whole process was straightforward, and my sister is delighted with both installations. Boiler service
Engineer arrived as expected and was very nice. He explained everything he was going to do. After the service was finished he showed me pictures of the work he had done to my boiler and explained what each picture meant.

Good fair estimate provided before work commenced, time for work agreed at short notice, reliable experienced plumber arrived on time and completed all required repair work efficiently, cleaning up after.
