The troubleshooting must be done on your side. Failure to connect means you have not installed the tunnel correctly. Installation is not done by Deliverect and must always be carried out by the customer/reseller.

Update on July 4: they tried to take down this review but I refused
Update on July 3:
After contacting their customer support for a refund, I received two bad reviews from both Google and Yelp. All the contents are all not based on facts. I strongly believe that was linked to their employees because they blocked me from their chat and I used another name to start a chat and warned them “they cannot hide what they did to their customers.” I asked their customer success team to ID the employees who might be linked to the bad reviews and they said “ I did investigate the review but as mentioned I do not have the ability to see the identity of the person who left the review and I was not able to link the name 'FoodyBuddy Hungry' to any of our employees so there is nothing more I can do.”
Now They are telling me to accept the refund and sign a settlement agreement. What those people who post the comments did hurt my business and I strongly believe that was linked to the contract agreement with them because the bad reviews were totally false and they didn’t know how our restaurant works. They claimed I screamed at my employees and the driver, overcharge customers but the fact is I don’t scream at my employees and I don’t handle orders. Those comments were posted right after a conversation between me and their employees. I want to say, that might be some other random person. I do not have evidence that linked to this company right now but I will find out even THEY REFUSED TO DO FURTHER INVESTIGATION. Regardless the bad reviews all these experiences with deliverect was deeply hurt my business.
Poor customer service. Mean and rude staffs. Always took forever to reply emails and customers concerns. Staffs only know how to "open a ticket" and nobody follow up. Even if they send you and email, they will disappear after the first email. For the technical issue, they never care what customer struggle. They will have you to "chat" with those you don't know if they are real humans or AI and hoping you have luck in fixing the bugs they created. They have problem limiting orders cutoff time on doordash even if you choose to stop taking orders for some items earlier but you will still get orders from doordash. For uber eats, the menu always shown incorrectly and they took forever to fix it. When you tell their staffs that you face problems or their platform has bugs, their staffs would tell you not to use that function. FOR EXAMPLE, I used multiple menus in a day because I wanted to set different prices for lunch and dinner and their system couldn't communicate with uber eats well so they asked me why don't I just use one menu? THIS IS REALLY CRAZY AND ridiculous. I paid for that but you ask me not to use that? IF I DIDN'T NEED TO MANAGE MY MENU BETTER WHY SHOULD I USE INTEGRATION? They even charge your credit card for "renewing contract" without your authorization and refuse to refund and ask you to sue them or dispute the charge and they don't care. It clearly shows that I don't have a subscription but they said they automatically renew the contract and they won't give a refund!!!!!!!!$800 sth is a small amount but you cannot do business like this. You charge your customers without telling time, without sending an invoice, without letting them the contract is ending and they will renew and it doesn't even shown on your account. IF I DO THIS TO MY CUSTOMER? I AM SURE I WILL GET IN TROUBLE! I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY COULD DO THIS! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!
update again: they deleted my account, refused to give me a refund, and saying that it was a mistake after deleting my account! if you are a tech company you shouldn't allow your staffs make this huge "MISTAKE" while the admited that was a mistake. I GOT NOT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT, BEING CHARGED FOR the contract that I didn't agree, got an unauthorized auto payment from them, and they are trying to hide the truth by deleting my account.

We have been dealing with deliverect for almost one year for one brand. At first everything seemed good with fast integration. We added two other brands recently however, the service and support went down hill drastically. We have been waiting for delivery apps integration however, the support is not responding. it has been three weeks and no one answers us.
The software is excellent and we have been happy with it however, we don't recommend them unless they improve in their support and customer care particularly in our region.

Their staffs are all rude. They like to mock their customers. I first tried their service in Nov 2022 and it didn’t work well. I asked how to reactivate the POS authorization and their staffs mocked me and said,”so why you wanted to try again?”
Why should I send you an email? For what?

This issue is still ongoing and has cost us thousands of dollars. We are cancelling the service this week. It is unacceptable.
If you use Square I would highly suggest you stay away from this platform. This platform does not work well with Square and will cost you thousands of dollars and hours of your time. Working with the support team is a nightmare and they don’t care that their platform does not work. Their platform will cause countless orders to fail, leaving customers upset and costing you money.
