Deliverect offer an integrated solution between ePOS and Delivery Channels. Their menu creation tool is brilliant at being able to produce one menu that runs across multiple delivery channels such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. This single menu can be pushed to multiple locations, taking product status from ePOS such as stock availability and local pricing. Menu scheduling is also a brilliant feature that allows me to update menus based on time of day.
The team at Deliverect are always on hand when I face technical difficulties, and are great at providing answers and listening to my ideas for future improvements.
We've rolled out several hundred locations with them now and they've managed all the integration directly with the channels.
Their portfolio of solutions provide us a solid roadmap for growth in the future.

Great product but took over 12 weeks to finalise and launch all necessary delivery partner integrations.

I don't like the fact I can't talk to a person any longer. For that decision you would receive a 1 but the fact I was able to get results at least gives you a 3. If I could influence our owner to look for another company with quicker service than me having to type information I would.

It's a bit of a convoluted system - would be great if menus actually synced on their own and integrated a little better. It's not a huge hassle, but it's quite a few extra steps just to put a new menu item on the menus.

What makes bad experience here is that the moment we run out of stocks then we need to snooze the product for 1-2 hours it is not effective.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is outstanding! I have never had a problem with obtaining help and getting the tasks I need completed. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with any integration tool. The team is responsive, quick, and informational.

If we have to do Asahi order there is a minimum of 10 cartons. I do appreciate if the minimum order is reduced to 5 cartons because we are T2 store it is hard to order 10 cartons.

we cant do any kind changes in a order. For example, If we receive a order of 5 items, in that
problem 1. If we don't have 1 item we need to cancel the order. We can't remove it in this tab.
problem 2. we can't swap to another item of same brand. We cant change it in this tab.

We signed up with them and the initial support to get you signed up was great. After you have paid them the fee the support goes to 0. There is no phone line to speak to, everyone online gives you a generic response. They integrated all out platforms without our permission and they knew our menu had errors from when it was imported and did not bother telling us as a result some of the integrated orders were failing and being cancelled causing us to lose a few thousand pounds in orders with no compensation.
Then to cancel the subscription and get a full refund was even longer - customer service absolutely terrible! Great idea otherwise - if anyone knows a better option please add it to your review.

Hours and hours to set up, then you have to manually enter items with your menu, and you have to manually adjust the prices of your menu items, you get everything set up and then they ask you for a annual fee of $1400 minimum with no month-to-month option to pay. Online support was absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and buy a couple extra tablets. Deal with DoorDash and Uber eats directly. It will save you thousands.

Very bad customer support. After they received the payment they really don’t know who you are. The concept is good. But I suggest to look for alternatives instead of Deliverect.
