Deliverect promises to be a great system but doesn't quite deliver.
They tried to raise the price of our subscription by 120%, I obviously refused and cancelled. Deliverect continued to take the subscription money from our account. A refund has been promised but not received and now the rep is ignoring my emails. Really poor service.

Pros:
- Decent UI / UX with platform. That's about it!
Cons:
- Constant subscription price creep and negative pricing strategies. Introducing new pricing tiers and price increases after signing up
- Operational issues and requests not resolved easily, or at all. Simple tasks like updating billing details not able to be processed on one's own
- Cancellation of your no-lock in plan is near impossible and you must place a "Cancellation Request" where it is reviewed, and not processed before your subscription end date. You end up paying more and need to request refunds. If I had not followed up several times, I'm not sure this would have gone through
- The customer support is terrible. Since we have used them (nearly three years), they have outsourced as much as possible, removed all points of contact so you speak with a member through chat but the response times are extensive. Deliverect are impossible to reach and you end up dealing with people who send you around in circles and have no idea what they are doing.
These cons make it a one for me. I would recommend to use Redcat or ABACUS over Deliverect any day of the week.

We have been using Deliverect for more than 6 months. After countless issues and zero effort on their part to resolve them, we’ve decided not only to cancel our account but also to warn potential customers who might consider Deliverect as a partner for their business.
After careful consideration for our multi-location restaurant franchise, we unfortunately chose Deliverect as our technology partner to manage online orders from various channels. Despite reading negative reviews beforehand, which made us skeptical, the sales team assured us that these reviews were not representative and that they had thousands of successful customers. Unfortunately, we believed them.
We signed the contract and paid €250 per location for onboarding for three of our locations as a trial.
The onboarding was supposed to include the complete setup of all our sales channels and was expected to take no more than two weeks. However, to this day, it still does not work properly.
After a few days, the "onboarding team" stopped responding to calls or emails. We were forced to use the chat option, which turned out to be the only way to contact anyone at Deliverect. Every time we reached out to "support"—a term that’s almost laughable—they would open a ticket and then immediately close it without resolving anything.
They also claimed someone from their so-called "Customer Success Team" would get in touch with us. Surprise, surprise—that never happened. At this point, we highly doubt that such a team even exists.
We waited: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months. Still nothing.
Not a single order was successfully integrated into their system. Worse, some orders never appeared at all, while others showed up 15 minutes late—after the delivery platform had already called us—or even days later! We were forced to continue using all the delivery platform tablets, meaning there was literally no point in using Deliverect when it wasn’t functioning at all.
We also attempted to add more locations and brands to the platform, but our requests were met with silence. No response, no support, nothing.
This disastrous experience has cost us thousands of euros in lost revenue. We’ve lost customers, we’ve lost partner restaurants, and our entire operation has suffered immensely due to Deliverect’s incompetence.
After dozens of attempts to resolve these issues, we informed Deliverect that we could no longer work with them and requested to cancel our account.
This is where the real nightmare began. We thought paying for a service that didn’t work was bad enough, but their refusal to let us terminate the contract is a whole new level of unethical behavior. They continue to charge us and refuse to cancel the service.
At this point, we are preparing legal action against Deliverect, as they are also refusing to refund the thousands of euros we spent on this nightmare.
Out of disbelief that any restaurant, let alone the large chains they claim to serve, could have had positive experiences with Deliverect, we reviewed their ratings on Trustpilot. We noticed that nearly all of the positive reviews were written in January 2024. Coincidence? Probably not.
To make matters worse, after reading other reviews and Deliverect's arrogant, dismissive responses, we are disgusted. We will no longer communicate with them without involving our lawyer. Their complete lack of respect for customers is appalling.
In conclusion, we strongly advise against using Deliverect. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration by managing the delivery tablets manually. We have never encountered a company of this scale with such disregard for its customers.

Lost revenue, and unfortunately, all the blame was placed on me. They seem to be struggling with basic actions, such as how to indicate if a customer needs cutlery. When you reach out to live support, they need to ask for other team members help and then get back to you. There is paper trail of this and yet they will still put it on you. I had no problem things taking time to fix as long as I could see they were working on it, but when revenue is lost and the blame is placed on me—while their own team clearly needs help—that’s when I get upset.

At first impression, looks nice, but lots of technical glitches to an extend that it simply does not integrate properly (We got 7 sites with Deliverect). We will be proceeding with disintegration. Stay away PS. most positive reviews seem a bit questionable

Une équipe qui ne parle pas français, compliqué à contacter, un service qui ne fonctionne pas. L'ayant utilisé sur d'autres établissements avant je constate juste qu'ils ont probablement un problème d'équipe, une extension sûrement trop rapide .... Mais à part faire perdre de l'argent à des restaurateurs moyens, ça n'a aucun sens. Surement un bon outil pour les très grande chaîne qui ont des personnes en interne pour paramétrer leur logiciel ( car oui, ils n'y arrivent pas eux-même)

My journey with Deliverect began on a positive note, with several team members providing commendable support and service. However, the situation took a precipitous turn upon interacting with a representative named M********* G******. Initially, we were informed of a grace period until the end of the week to settle an outstanding invoice. Our response, highlighting that Deliverect owed us more in credits than the invoice amount, was met with an immediate and uncompromising reaction. Within a mere 14 minutes of our reply, our account was disconnected, bringing our delivery operations to an abrupt halt.
This sudden action by Ms. G******* led to a series of unfortunate events for our restaurant. Without any warning, we found ourselves unable to fulfill delivery orders, resulting in confusion among riders and disappointment among customers. The immediate impact was palpable – we lost all orders for the day, faced negative reviews, and encountered a significant drop in sales. The decision to switch our hardware and partner with Otter, though difficult, became necessary. However, this transition was not without its challenges, taking two weeks and resulting in a direct loss of earnings.
The repercussions extended beyond immediate financial losses. We were informed by delivery companies that our restaurant would no longer be featured due to the lack of orders, a blow to our visibility and potential for recovery. Despite a promising first year with close to £1 million in sales, the aftermath of this incident led to a steady decline, culminating in the forced closure of our store nine months later.
In light of these events, we are currently preparing legal action against Deliverect in accordance with UK law. This decision does not come lightly but stems from the significant impact on our business due to what we perceive as unreasonable and detrimental actions by a Deliverect representative.
To those considering Deliverect as an integration partner, I urge you to weigh this experience heavily. While technology plays a critical role in enhancing our operational capabilities, the importance of fair, transparent, and responsive customer service cannot be overstated. The choice of a partner can have far-reaching implications for your business, as evidenced by our experience.
Edit: Deliverect replied saying they cancelled based on a request from us, that’s an outright lie, we have the email thread, all correspondence chronologically logged and have no issues sharing it.
Edit 2: Deliverect filed a complaint to Trustpilot with a view of having my review taken down, they since redacted their employees name which I have accepted
