And friendly and gave us just enough time to look around the showroom before going in for the sale!
She was knowledgeable in the product we were buying but also some of the other items we talked about.
She was professional but also friendly, and although it is obvious that she is a sales person she didn’t come across as overly pushy, which I think is important in customer service.

Customer service Invoice….
Information was terrible, paid & didn’t get a full receipt. I paid Half Cash Half card. Only card part was showing. The cash transaction was nowhere to be seen on the invoice which brought a lot of fear & tension. I had to wait a week for A breakdown of the invoice. The sofa also look forever to come. DFS need to fix up their system. In this new DNA this should be prompt…..

So slow
So slow - the assistant did not know what he was doing, I only went in for 2 cushions. When they tried to order them online they just kept saying the system was slow and after 40 mins I asked for them to call me when the system was working and they eventually said they could. Why did they not say that in the beginning of the wait.

He explained everything throughly, was patient and answered our questions. Give this guy a raise!! Honestly we cannot fault anything and he is a credit to DFS! He deserves a raise!!!

Visited staples corner store on a Sunday as we were in the area. Was seen by Jazz who explained answered and advised on the sofas we looked at and subsequently went back on Wednesday and was seen by her colleague Sophie and went through the order.
