We had a really positive experience at DFS Longwell Green, thanks to Andrew. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process of choosing our sofa. He took the time to explain everything clearly without putting any pressure on us, which made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable.

Super friendly and informative
We are a younger couple buying our first sofa and the staff were so helpful and supportive. Most places we went followed us around like we were about to steal or vandalise something but here they initially spoke to us then left us to look around rather than judging.
