We went to DFS White City yesterday. My husband must have dropped his wallet there and did not realise. The team managed to find our address and they brought his wallet back to him today. So grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We knew what we wanted and it was sorted quickly and easily.

We visited the Trafford store and were looked after very well, I didn't catch his name but the young Asian gentleman was really helpful, he wasn't pushy, left us to wander and look but he'd appear occasionally with useful information and without the hard sell. We've ordered online for ease but would like to pass on credit to him as I was expecting a pushy salesman but there was no pressure, just advice and useful info, even sending me the link to the sofa we liked so we could order later.

We had a really great time finding our sofa at DFS. The sales staff weren't pushy or overbearing when browsing but still gave useful information when needed. When we settled more on a sofa Ish was very welcoming and friendly and covered everything we needed to know from taking care of the sofa, the financing and additional options we could add on.

We were greeted by Antonio on arrival at the store, he pointed us in the right direction then allowed us some time to browse while we made our decision. Perfect!

From walking into the store we was greeted very politely from a young advisor named Ismaeel outstanding customer service regarding the sofa I had picked then going out of his way to correct the sizing of my order I was very pleased and grateful for his help and all the advice given throughout our time at dfs I look very forward for the arrival of my new sofa thankyou very much dfs

Hamza was very good knew lots of info about the sofas and gave us all the info we needed to pick the right one

Member of staff said pay £129 for delivery in a week, which we did along with the full amount for the sofa. When this took over 3.5 weeks to deliver, we contacted them about this as we called DFS numerous times during this to liaise.

They proceeded to lie and say we were contacted twice before this, which is abhorrently untrue as we have evidence via text messages. They said they are not willing to help us further as the notes say told not within a week, we would not have paid this if ‘Dennis’ didn’t tell us within a week.

They are bare faced liars and would not recommend the £129 delivery option. Unbelievable.
