Great place for service & sofas.
We’ve used DFS a few times over the years, and we’ve always been impressed at the level of service,(without being ‘pushy’ like some retailers!) the friendliness as well as the great range of sofas.

The whole experience from start to finish was so relaxed, no pressure my Assistant was very helpful and patient nothing was any problem to her as I looked at many corner sofas, going backwards and forwards before I decided on the one I bought. She listened to what I wanted and gave excellent advice too. Well done! excellent customer service.
