I’ve had the absolute best experience with Diamonds Direct, specifically with Madison Leopard. I decided to change my engagement ring but wasn’t sure what I wanted - Madison was not only kind, helpful, and responsive, but provided her expertise and guided me the entire process. She was patient when I selected something I didn’t love, and helped me get my dream ring. I am so thankful to her!!

I was just in the store yesterday to get my ring cleaned and appraised and DESTINY ANDREWS was so kind and helpful, and she was so sweet to my niece who came with me. We were in and out in less than half an hour and loved the service! Diamonds Direct has always been great to me.

Diamond arrived in a beautiful and discrete package. JFYI, it does not have any Diamonds Direct labeling on package so my soon to be finance had no clue when the FedEx arrived. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them

I am so impressed with the selection, quality and customer service we have experienced at Diamonds Direct in Charlotte. I found both my dream engagement ring and wedding band here. They have also custom made necklaces and bracelets for me which are gorgeous! Morgan went above and beyond our expectations with regards to time she spent and searching for our perfect rings. We have visited her several times for other family members and most recently a beautiful watch for my husbands 60th birthday. Amazing experience with phenomenal customer service and quality.
