We came into the store last month looking for an engagement ring and were greeted with friendly service. Ron Shotton made our shopping experience wonderful. He took his time in showing various options and explaining the differences between each stone clarity. I found my perfect engagement ring and Ron found the perfect band to match. We will definitely be back for future purchases. Our experience was perfect!

I have searched Kay's, Zales. Jared, and they basically rob you. No joke, most of the diamonds sold by Zales and Kay's are either I2 or I3 clarity and that's the lowest grade available. It's atrocious what these stores do to people. Diamonds Direct is literally the opposite. This will sound like a plug or a commercial but it is just facts. Diamonds Direct sells the diamonds YOU want, and sold me the most amazing VVS1, just one grade below flawless, with a beautiful Channel setting with a combined total weight of diamonds equaling just short of a full carat for a fraction of what Kay's or Zales or Jared would. This is my new home. I was shopping for my wife for Christmas and I'm sold. I've visited Shane Co. and Helzberg diamonds and they are the next closest thing to Diamonds Direct, but they don't match the price, I'm telling you. This store is amazing, just take a look around and you'll see. Thank you Diamonds Direct. You delivered the product I was seeking and for the price I was hoping for, and you made it easy and exciting. I am absolutely going to be back in the future!!!

Just wow! I was about to order a ring from a different vendor but they werent responding on the chat feature so I went to Diamond Direct and starting chatting with Cindy. She was so professional and willing to help. I had a very very tight timeframe as the ring had to ship the next day overnight for me to receive it on time for a trip. Cindy contacted me directly and made sure it will happen! She arranged a jewelry to set up the stone on a ring the next day and shipped it right away. Just wow, I havent seen this kind of customer service from any company in a very long time. Cindy made sure Fedex was on top of it to deliver it the next day. The ring is beautiful!

Jakki Stein helped my husband and I select the perfect diamond and setting. We decided to upgrade my wedding ring for our 31st wedding anniversary and the ring that Jakki helped us select is absolutely stunning!! We had an outstanding experience and we were treated like family. I would highly recommend Diamonds Direct for quality, customer service, and cost!

I had a piece of jewelry I wanted to have created into an anniversary ring and a band to go along with it. Of course I had no idea where to start and/or what I would even like. This young lady was so patient and helpful in every way. Jordan is Absolutely a wonderful talent! She went above and beyond for me. She has extensive knowledge and is just an absolute literal GEM to encounter.

We upgraded our rings after 17 years of marriage and chose diamonds direct because of their amazing reputation. Ginny was my diamond expert and she helped me decide the best route to go to fit our budget. We had a small mix up when the rings were delivered originally and Ginny helped straighten everything out quickly! Very thorough process from beginning to end. So glad we chose diamonds direct for our new rings!

I went in to purchase a setting for my engagement ring and spoke with both Victor and Ken during my visit. Victor was the sales associate who assisted me in selecting the setting, and after we agreed on the style and price, I left my diamond with them. They assured me they would contact me once the ring was ready.

Weeks later, Victor texted saying the ring was done. I returned to the store, only to find my diamond placed in the WRONG setting and not the one I had chosen. Thankfully, I had taken a picture of the correct setting during my last visit, so I showed it to the staff, including the general manager Daniel. Once confronted with the proof, they admitted the mistake and placed a rush order to try to get it fixed in time. That should’ve been the end of it but unfortunately it wasn't. Things got even worse!

A few days later, Victor calls me and has the nerve to say, “I heard you didn’t like the setting you picked out and requested a different one.” I told him the setting they initially ordered was not what I chose. He then flat-out told me, “No sir, that was the setting you picked.” At that point, I asked to speak to a manager because I was highly upset and refused to be called a liar.

Victor transferred the call to Ken and as I tried to explain the situation, he started yelling at me over the phone and threatened to cancel the order. I told him I didn’t want to cancel, I just wanted to make sure the right setting was ordered this time. Instead of apologizing or offering any sort of customer service, he doubled down saying Daniel and the team had “taken care of it” and I’d get my ring soon. No empathy, and zero professionalism.

When I went to pick up the ring (again), both Ken and Victor were there. I showed Ken the picture of the correct setting and guess what? He admitted that yes, that was the one I had originally picked out. So they finally acknowledged the mistake and yet... Ken STILL kept yelling at me and threatened to cancel the order AGAIN. What kind of customer service is this?

Since my proposal date was fast approaching, I had no choice but to pay the remaining balance just to get the ring and be done with them. Only after I paid did Ken decide to calm down and actually listen to what happened. I told them the mistake happened because while I was taking a picture of the setting I actually chose, Victor grabbed a different one and entered the wrong serial number. It was a simple mistake, but the handling of it was completely unacceptable.

Mistakes happen but this wasn’t just about a wrong order. This was about how horribly they treated me from start to finish. The customer service provided by Victor and Ken was beyond terrible. I will never purchase anything from Diamonds Direct Atlanta again, and I strongly urge everyone to stay far away.

I wanted to take some time to say THANK YOU to all the staff, from the moment i walked in to the moment I left. Now...as a single mom we will go to the end of the world for our kiddos!!! My daughter has been on the hunt for a Light Furry (white one) and lone behold DD had one in their play room, a limited edition one I may add, I proceeded to offer money to buy it from them, but Angela spoke to the manager whom gave her the ok to LET her have it!!! That kiddo walked out of there so HAPPY, that i was the crying, My heart was so warm that the staff did that for her. Kudos to the BEST PLACE!!!!

Stephanie was Amazing (PGA location) and got me a great deal on a beautiful Necklace. The Manager even dropped it off with some flowers to my Girlfriend... The kindness, the attention to detail and the caring was beyond top notch! I would do 10 stars if I could

I am planning a surprise proposal in November and wanted to be as proactive as possible in shopping for/ordering a ring. After some internet research, I landed at Diamonds Direct. There, I was connected with Diamond Expert Ginny. Let me tell you, this experience was unparalleled! Ginny proved to be super knowledgeable, resourceful, PATIENT (I can be a little much), and courteous. She helped with everthing from finding a stone after the one I originally wanted was bought, to explaining financing and my insurance options. When you’re taking a leap as huge as a proposal, having superior customer service from a kind and dilligent expert goes a long way in assuaging concerns and mitigating anxiety. I’m eternally grateful.

As for Diamonds Direct as a retailer, I found it exceptionally easy to shop their website, find applicable updates after I ordered, and apply for financing. Their selection of stones and settings is immense. Everything was elegent, product descriptions were comprehensive, and I found (through research) that the designers were some of the best. Narrowing things down was easy with the Ginny’s help. If everyone there provides the level of customer service that Ginny did, then Diamond’s Direct is your way to go for an engagment ring.

I am enormously impressed with what you and your team do at Diamonds Direct. I had the pleasure of visiting the Charlotte location back in December, where I purchased a diamond solitaire engagement ring for my cousin. I was assisted by Aaron and Schuckie, and I must say—these two gentlemen exemplified class, professionalism, and true decorum.

While the entire staff was warm and friendly, there was something uniquely personal about the service I received from Aaron and Schuckie. I didn’t just feel like a customer—I felt like I had made friends. That kind of genuine connection is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of your team.

On a return visit this week, I was exploring several watches in consideration of a future purchase and once again received outstanding service from Aaron. I also brought in a watch that needed two custom links added. That’s when I was introduced to Scott, the watch professional at the Charlotte location.

Scott listened carefully as I explained how I wanted the links removed from one watch band and added to another. He assessed the situation with quiet confidence and immediately knew what was needed. Sure enough, he was absolutely correct.

While I waited, Aaron offered me a beverage, and I enjoyed a chilled bottle of water—branded with the Diamonds Direct logo, which was a classy touch. Just minutes later, Scott returned with my watch, and when I tried it on, it fit perfectly. It was tight before—uncomfortable, really—but now it felt incredible on my wrist. It honestly felt like a bit of magic had happened.

From the moment I’m buzzed in by the friendly staff member at the front door, to the way the team always greets me warmly, this Diamonds Direct location consistently makes me feel welcome and valued. There are several familiar faces now, and I’ve come to know many of them like family.

I can’t say what my situation was, but man let me tell you Ginny was the most amazing help. Above and beyond diamonds direct is lucky to have an associate like that working for them. We got a recommendation for Diamonds Direct from a friend and decided to go into the store "just to look". We met Chrystal and she was wonderful! Chrystal showed me a large variety of settings and was very knowledgable. The designer happened to be in the store that day too and she brought in some new settings. I feel in love with a setting and Chrystal found a stone to match. Two months later, my boyfriend proposed and the ring is just beautiful. Diamonds Direct gave me the perfect experience for getting an engagement ring for my fiancée and then the same, stellar experience in getting the wedding band for her as well.

I worked directly with Mac at the Raleigh, NC location and Mac was hands down the best, most real person I could've asked for. At other places I shopped around at, I was met with the pressure to purchase right then and there without looking around. With Mac, there was no pressure to make a decision because she was so confident they could provide exactly what I was looking for. I ended up walking out that day with a ring purchased. The service was so astounding that we will be using Mac and DD as our main jeweler moving forward.

Mrs. Mac is literally the greatest! I had 0 experience or knowledge about engagement rings and the wedding process in terms of jewelry in general.
