Everything was handled smoothly. I was kept informed throughout the process. I had a successful claim. I couldn’t have afforded to do this if I’d had to pay upfront. The cost was very reasonable compared to my compensation.
I’d use again should the need ever occur…but hopefully not.

I had an accident caused by 3rd party
I had an accident caused by 3rd party , I am so glad I contacted Digby Brown .
They dealt with everything and the insurance company had made me an initial offer in which they advised me to refuse and I received 3 times the first offer.
It is very stressful when involved in an accident but Digby Brown took care of everything they were they only people that I spoke to.

Following being let down by the Police…
Following being let down by the Police and Court services, I spoke with Digby Brown following a Dog Bite incident. The Solicitor assigned to me. Initials, ER was very professional from day one and supported me through the process. Today I was informed that I would be compensated for the Injury, both physical, myself and emotionally my family endured. I feel there has been a little justice served in this, and really grateful for Digby Brown, in particular ER in his help, support, kindness, guidance and professionalism. Also on a note, if you have reservations about making a claim for compensation following an injury or whatever the reason may be. Do speak to this team about your concerns, reservations as I just initially phoned them to query the process and the basics of my case including concerns, the were very supportive, with no pressure and gave me all the options, and validated my concerns.
