After many phone calls to other solicitors and legal companies and false "promises" or just quick "We won't take this case", after hours of going about the issue again and again, explaining it to many different people, I remembered that wide spread campaign of Digby Brown LLP from Glasgow.
I thought it would be good as local to me so if needed i could easily commute to speak to a legals in person.
But.. it wasn't needed. Yes, i have to admit that begining of the cooperation had some rocks (different people assessing case, someone trainee, etc.) someone very professional and efficient took on this difficult case- it was Mr. McC. Thanks to his listening skills, patience, attention to details, professionalism and experience, after long time, when everybody would give up, he came (with our consent) to the agreement with a defendant and we received highly deserved compensation. Money was paid into our bank account within few days.
Whole Family would highly recommend services of this Company (the solicitor) and we can't thank enough for keeping us updated at each stage of the case and explaining difficult, medical terms.

I have used Digby brown on 3 occasions now and every time they have delivered the service I would expect, from feeling supported to being kept up to date with information it gave me peace of mind and they were honest by telling me it may be a lengthy process which in the last instance it was , however they got me my desired outcome. I found they did more for me from the start as to what other company didn’t do in 18 months! Micheal Walker was. brilliant! Kept me up to date frequently! Nearly every month.
