The company is great and staff amazing

I was talked through it all and it was an easy process.

Covered everything we needed.

On both meetings during the heatwave we were not offered a drink which would have been welcome as no air conditioning

The lady and gentleman who made the appointment and helped us manoeuvre around the subject were friendly, amusing and put us at ease whilst we made our choices, they gave us clear advice on options, read and reread any legislation we needed to understand until we had completed. We went in to listen to options available and were so impressed we took out our plans on the day.

Calm , patient handling of a very stressful process.

My husband and I had already met Lisa in May after the death of my mother. Mam had left a dignity funeral plan which took an awful lot of pressure and worry off myself and my siblings. Therefore, we decided to do the same. Lisa was great, she talked everything through with us and it certainly wasn't a sombre thing like you might think, we laughed about the potential memories we were making for people with our own choices. Simply the best and not ridiculously expensive

I have recently taken out a funeral plan. I found the whole process very easy and your member of staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
