Great customer service, they contacted me to let me know that they were waiting for the tiles to come from abroad, gave me the option to cancel order or arrange a later delivery date - on day of delivery the driver called to let me know how long he would be - great tiles that I couldn’t find elsewhere at a great price too - would definitely recommend

Prompt delivery, a personal phone call to arrange was reassuring. Tiled arrived on time, undamaged. Very happy with service and product looks great

Broken tiles in pallets and size I purchased was 50-*50 but sizes were in the pack were 51*50 and some 52*50 which means lots of waste age. I did contact the supplier within a week to inform that there are lots of broken tiles in the pallets at the time of delivery but on one replied until a month later. As I was advised by their member of staff that as long as I open a file with them within 14 day period issue can be resolved later. As I had 3 pallets delivered I wouldn’t know the exact damage so therefore they will be happy to assist me. Once contacted again the team mentioned that it’s outside the timescale nothing can be done. Disgusted and disappointed by the response. Please train your staff do they don’t give out incorrect information.I would not be recommending this firm to anyone please avoid so save the money and hassle

My delivery was quick and informative .
Unfortunately I am unable to leave a review regarding the tiles as we haven’t put them on yet ! However , hoping to do so in next few weeks

Excellent products and services. We are really happy with our outdoor tiles. Great value but also top quality. The Patio looks great.

Ordered over 120 large tiles the Calacutta marble floor tiles. Everything was excellent from the communication received regarding delivery to the packing of the tiles which arrived on a pallet. Ordered beginning of the week and was delivered by end of week.
Excellent and I had researched these tiles and the price was brilliant also. Will definitely use again and recommend them to everyone

Competitively priced and promptly delivered.

We were on the hunt for Victorian kitchen tiles that not only matched the colours of the kitchen but also with the age of the house. I think I must have ordered at least 20 samples from different places but nothing was exactly right or far too expensive!

I found Direct Tile Warehouse on a bit of whim and was delighted they had a vast range of tiles to choose from and especially Victorian pattern style tiles. I ordered further samples and did a poll on Instagram to get some more opinions.

As soon as I received the samples I knew I would order with Direct Tile Warehouse! We decided on ordering the Olympia Blue Victorian Tiles which were not only great quality but a great price too and the colours and design of the tile matched perfectly.

I was delighted with the service I received and the tiles were delivered when expected and not damaged which I have experienced elsewhere!

We could not be happier with the results. The Victorian kitchen tiles are exactly as we envisaged and go perfectly with our kitchen! We even gave the spares to a family member as they wanted to use them in their porch.

It goes without saying we would recommend Direct Tile Warehouse and we’ll definitely be ordering with them for future projects.

Direct Tile Warehouse is such an amazing company with a friendly, caring approach. They’re so approachable and provide stunning products. As a home owner, I have purchased numerous tiles from Direct Tile Warehouse - I will not shop anywhere else for my tiles! They have such a wide range of designs. The prices are great and the service is outstanding. Luke at Cardiff store assisted me with my purchases and gave great advice on which tiles to chose and the difference between tiles.

I’ve had the opportunity to communicate with such a lovely sales assistant - Sally, whilst going through the process of being featured on the website. What more could a loyal customer want? Absolutely amazing - thank you for giving me the opportunity to be featured on your website, along with the Marks & Spencer’s gift card and discount on future purchase - such a generous thought. You’re a credit to Direct Tile Warehouse!

Not only does Direct Tile Warehouse provide great products but they take such interest in your home and provide great knowledge about their products.

All of our purchases from Direct Tile Warehouse have been amazing, very durable and extremely effective. They’re stunning. If you’re looking for high spec tiles with a range of styles then Direct Tile Warehouse is the place for you!

I bought some tiles from Direct Tile Warehouse and was really pleased with the price. Communication was good. I'd but from them again.

Excellent friendly customer service. Super quick delivery and great quality product I’ll be shopping here again 10/10

Really impressed with the quality of the tiles and good price too. Direct tiles customer service called me to tell me when the tiles would arrive and they arrived on time with no breakages.
Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service provided.
I needed to replace some broken tiles on a shop entrance.
I only needed to replace 20 out of the hundreds that made up the floor.
Everywhere I tried said the tiles I wanted were discontinued until I found these guys.
They had the tiles I needed in stock and were delivered within a few days.
I had to pay the delivery charge as it was only a small order but they have saved me thousands by not having to replace the whole entrance floor.
Thanks guys.

The service I received was excellent.
A big thank you to Tina, from placing the order to adding extra to the order to arranging delivery, nothing was too much trouble.
To everyone at Direct Tile Warehouse have a Merry Christmas.

The random mix of tiles was not as expected, but Roxanne went the extra mile to sort it out for us, and we are delighted with the final result. Thank you!

Ordered 10 large tiles for my outside step/veranda and only eight were delivered but never noticed till I started tiling couple of months later, phoned up to let them know, and they would have been quite within their rights to dismiss my claim, but nothing was too much bother for these lads and two duly arrived safely packaged on a pallet! What can I say, fantastic service and you can buy with confidence from them. I certainly will again, thanks again guys for going above and beyond.👍👏👏👏

Really pleased with my Nikea patchwork tiles. They were sent fast, with no breakages, and have given our new kitchen a really distinctive stylish yet traditional look. I highly recommend Direct Tile Warehouse and would certainly use them again.

The tiles had been discontinued at my local shop and I’d ran out. Over the moon to find these available with Direct Tile Warehouse. Delivered all the way to Durham without a problem.

The advisors were very patient and helpful in answering my queries before I purchased. I bought the aspen split face beige tiles for my living room wall and was very happy with the finished result. The tiles were reasonably priced and delivered on the promised date. Excellent experience start to finish.
