Avoid! Ordered tiles listed as "in stock" for a time specific project. Had an email telling me they are out of stock but would arrive within a week. It is now approximately two weeks since the delivery was due and they have not arrived. They are unhelpful with regards to information about delivery dates. Will never buy from them again. Avoid!

Easy to order, quick delivery, good packaging, beautiful tiles and excellent, speedy communication. Highly recommend!

Ordered a few samples and just had to pay postage. Delivered rapidly and questions answered quickly by the service team. 10/10

I ordered a sample tile that never arrived until I chased them up - not a good start. When I ordered the tiles, I was given a delivery date within a week. The day before delivery, I got an email from them saying they were out of stock for a further week (but still showing in stock on their website). I chased them up after a week when I'd heard nothing further, only to be told there was a further two week delay - but the tiles were still showing as available! Order was cancelled as I wasn't prepared to be strung along any further. Avoid!

I recently purchased some floor tiles and was told that there will be delay on the delivery. I reached out to customer service, Emily from customer service team has been super helpful, not only helped me swapped the order, also went above and beyond to upgrade my order to next day delivery without additional charge. Problem resolved within 30mins. Really appreciate the help!

The samples requested were received really quickly to allow us to choose the preferred flooring for the rooms. We also purchased the walls tiles and the delivery lead time was brilliant and live tracker for the delivery day was so useful to save you hanging around all day for the delivery.

Spoke with the customer service team a couple of times re the original order, super helpful with the questions being asked.

The tiles are no up on the walls and the quality is fantastic 😁
