they were not delivered and i wasnt contacted to let me know why. I had to call and then was told DPD damaged tehm and they were sent back but I was not given replacment ones

Unfortunately, DPD do not always notify us when a parcel has been damaged in transit. In these circumstances, the damaged goods are subsequently returned to us by the courier.
Once the returned goods were received and processed, a full refund for your order was automatically issued on 13th August.
We apologise that you were not made aware of the damage sooner and understand the frustration this may have caused.
