Materials good , communication needs a bit of work
Materials good , communication needs a little bit of tweaking , I won't leave a negative review as no one is perfect , however the order took nearly a month to complete, I was told there was a delay on the putty but then had to follow it up twice , no communication response and then it just arrived ,it would have been nice to have the rest of the order sent ahead instead of waiting a month but im sure theres maybe a lot of orders and it got forgotten , It wasnt a full 5 star experience, but maybe next time it will improve, Im not unhappy though . The materials they sell are definitely very good , the DINESEN putty is A1 by the way and im not sure of anyone else in the UK that sells it .

When I placed my order
When I placed my order, I was clearly expecting the item to arrive within 3–5 days. After some time, I called and was told there would be a slight delay, which I understood. However, I never expected the delay to be almost one month.
As I needed the item within the original timeframe, I had no choice but to purchase it elsewhere. I then requested a refund, but since making that request, nobody has contacted me or provided any update.
Unfortunately, I cannot be happy with this experience. A delay of almost a month, combined with the lack of communication regarding my refund, is very disappointing.
Based on my experience, how could I recommend this company?

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the delay to your order, and we do take full accountability for the fact that the item did not arrive within the original expected timeframe.
However, we would like to clarify that the item was subsequently dispatched and successfully delivered on 8th August. Today is 18th August, and since delivery we have not received any correspondence from you advising us that the item was no longer required or requesting that it be returned.
Had you contacted us following delivery, we would have been more than happy to arrange collection of the item and process the appropriate refund. Unfortunately, as we were not made aware of the situation after the item was delivered, we were unable to take those steps.
We absolutely appreciate that the original delay caused inconvenience, particularly as you needed the item within a specific timeframe, and we are sorry that we were unable to meet that expectation. At the same time, we hope you can appreciate that we need to be given the opportunity to resolve an issue once an order has been delivered.
We remain happy to assist with arranging the return and refund where applicable, so please contact us directly and we can advise on the next steps.

We would, however, like to clarify that the item itself was ordered in specifically from our supplier and was correct; the issue was with the colour rather than the product ordered, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
We would also like to clarify that your order was processed as a delivery, not a collection. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that you intended to travel to us to collect it. Had we known, we could have checked everything with you beforehand and potentially prevented the wasted journey.
We fully appreciate the inconvenience caused by the colour issue and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.

The staff were very helpful when I called to explain that I had not received my order for over a week and a half. It turned out that the order was sent by EVRI who are absolutely terrible. EVRI said that the parcel was in Inverness but had lost it there. A new order was sent and it arrived a few days later.
