This was my first transport manager refresher course and I found the 2 days really enjoyable and insightful.
Jackie led the course at a good pace, allowing plenty of time to ask questions. The group engagement made the course, all bringing their professional experiences out and as were transport managers, it highlighted different areas of expertise.
Highly recommended.

Having been out of the country for nearly 4 years I enrolled on the return to driving CPC course to get my hgv entitlement all up and running. The course was very informative and the instructor Seb very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be signing up again to finish my remaining CPC courses in the next 12 months. Thankyou.

I booked my training through driver hire for a class 2 license. The training was set up in Manchester which was far away and in an unfamiliar setting. I didn’t pass my exam. No biggie. I rebooked over the phone and was told it would be with the same instructor at Manchester. I arrived on the day to find out the instructor no longer operated from that site. As it was 730 am I had no one to contact to ask what’s going on. I missed my training and my exam. If I had received the updated email confirmation I would have not missed the training and test. You don’t get a refund as long as they can prove they have sent the email with the confirmation information and it doesn’t matter if you didn’t receive it. A read receipt email to ensure you have received the info would be a better way to operate.
If you are going down the same road use local training companies on roads you know and don’t be drawn in to the cheaper training at driver hire as you might end up wasting money on poor training and inadequate management.
