Easy as HGV were brilliant from start to finish, I mainly spoke with Shaneil and Michael and they were fantastic, both really supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend using Easy as HGV

This company made the whole experience fantastic. Arranged the theory test, cpc case studies, and cpc reversing test and test all instructions where just great.

Was made very easy by the team to get started with good explanations on what to expect and then decent communication throughout the experience. When I wanted to do my practical sooner rather than later they supported with searching other alternatives. I would recommend their services.

Since they are not a genuine driving school the only thing they care about is making profit. I wouldn`t recommend them at all. They are just a profit oriented sales organization. Also, you get a lot less for your money rather than going to a genuine driving school. This is where they make money. Also, be careful with the fast-track courses especially if you go from category B. It sounds good, but the road test is difficult and you will end up paying a lot for re-testing. Do your research and try to find a proper driving school.
If you still decide to go with them than read the T&C`s. That will change your mind if this review hasn`t.

The entire process was smooth sailing, everything done in a perfect way from start to finish with an amazing team, regular communications and helpful where help was required.

I believe this service is not honest as I paid a great sum of money for driving practice and test. After this I was sent additional payments of consequences for failing the test the first time which I was not told initially. And after trying to get in the contact with this organization there was no response. I personally don’t recommend using this service.

I just want to say a big thank you to the team at Easy as HGV. My partner had a really great experience from start to finish. They got him booked in very quickly and guided him through every step, which made the whole process feel really straightforward and stress-free.

He passed first time and they’ve even helped him secure a new job afterwards, which we’re both really grateful for. I’d definitely recommend Easy as HGV to anyone thinking about getting their HGV licence.

Not a training school. A broker. Massively overcharge and want £700 to cancel. £200 cancellation and £499 for CPC. Avoid and go local and direct. Paid 05/03/2026. They are not responding to texts or calls and their terms advise full refund within 14 days.

I lost my job in July 2025 and decided after 6 months to retrain as a lorry driver. On 9 January 2026 I spoke with Eric, a senior recruiter at Easy As HGV, who promised me I could land my first job by early March 2026 if I'll pass the exams of course. A perfect plan — I still had some savings left. They had a promotion: £200 off if you pay in full. I paid £3,500 in two instalments. What did I get? Access to drivingtheory4all to study the theory on my own. That's it.
The first week, Eric called to check on me. It felt like they cared. After that? Silence. Nobody bothered to book my theory test. When I pushed Eric, he gave me a phone number and told me to sort it out myself with his colleagues — a stark contrast to the warm attention of the first week, when they needed my money.
I managed to get my theory, CPC and hazard perception test booked for 10 February 2026. I passed CPC and hazard, but failed the theory. My fault. I rebooked for 4 March 2026 (24 miles away, but the earliest available date). Meanwhile, they scheduled my CPC Module 4 practical test for 18 March 2026.

On 4 March — I passed the theory! I had all the documents needed for practical lessons. I messaged Eric straight away, buzzing with excitement, to arrange driving lessons. Eric read the message and went silent. I called — no answer. Next morning — the same.

Eventually a woman called me back and said I need to wait a few days because they need to contact a driving school to see if they have availability. I also found out they only provide 24 hours of practice (6 days x 4 hours), even though the legal requirement is 35 hours.
I told them I have no savings left and desperately need my licence so I can work and bring money home. Nothing.

Today is 6 March 2026 — I have no access to practical lessons and no licence. I am gutted and heartbroken.
Avoid Easy As HGV. Save your money and your dignity.

I am very unsatisfied with my experience. Before I paid, the sales team assured me that the price covered everything. However, as soon as the process started, they began demanding extra payments for services that should have been in the original package. They are not transparent about the total cost and use misleading tactics to get you to sign up. If you're looking for an HGV course, go directly to a training school instead of using this broker.

They take your money then do not care about the quality of the training provided or if it is infact accurate and what you paid for.
We have raised concerns on missing driving hours, The practical test been cancelled as the driving school went to the wrong location, and missing training while driving the HGV. (Including how to use alternate brake systems needed on HGV!) We have been able to prove we have not had the hours we paid for. Yet due to the driving school keeping false logs, easy as HGV will not listen. Paper work was signed as the driving school said it was an attendance log, they did not confirm or point out signing for the hours they claim were driven. The driving school failed to supply tracking information when requested as this was unavailable for the week we had issues with conveniently.
Also failed to provide the right hours when they had more than one learner per truck. It seems paying more than we would have with anyone else does not equate to quality of training provided or customer service.

I am going honest - I have NOT registered with Easy As yet, but the manner they already hounding me to pay, pay, pay! Setting off all the scam alarm bells. And then I had the idea to check their reviews - literally EVERY negative review says the same thing: they are just brokers linking trainers to new drivers, they don't have or own even 1 single truck! Do yourself a favour and do what I did - RUN!

Continuously ringing me multiple times a day when I have never shown interest or signed up. Explained that I don’t even have a driving licence but they continue to call.

Support through the whole proccess. Needed anything they would reply as soon as available.
