When I had to cancel my wedding the shop agreed to sell my dress at a much reduced price. I saw the dress in the website in the sale and then it was gone so I messaged to see if it had gone. I was told that they couldn’t sell it at a reduced price and had never said that. I sent them the agreement which said they were. In a telephone conversation I was told to stop messaging to stop the backwards and forwards now. I was treated like a naughty child at the worst time of my life. I burst into tears at this point. The agreement was then withdrawn and I was told to collect my dress within 30 days or it would be disposed of. The treatment I had was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Rang to book tried upselling me to another track for more money. When I declined he hung up on me and then didn't call back or answer again!

Reading reviews dodgy and not worth the money. Got my money back as voucher credit with wowcher instead.

Have emailed several times and tried to phone to redeem 2 wowcher without success no call back or email to book . Now to claim credit from wowcher I only get half of my money . Total rip off

I recently had a driving experience with ray and his Aston Martin db5 [james bond car] it was a dream for me being a bond nut my experience with ray was really good and even though the dB was old it still give me the adrenaline that people like me enjoyed come on how many people can say they have driven a proper bond movie iconic car just the feeling on being behind the wheel sends shivers down your spine I really enjoyed my day and would do it again thank you ray for a great day and memorable memories John huddersfield

The day was very well organised, due to the amount of staff on site. They were also very helpful. There was little waiting time during registration and driving three of the supercards. Would highly recommend.

Would not return and would not recommend using this business. My 8 year old son attended an experience on Saturday 25th may at three sisters wigan. The organisation was non existent. Drivers complaining they had no time to eat or have any breaks due to the chaos infront of customers. Arrived 30 minutes before experience booked to take place at 12. Over 1 hour later had to agree to drive a different vehicle if wanted to experience a car at all. Son enjoyed that drive as the driver was friendly. His second drive was a maclaren. Driver unfriendly and didn't say a word to my son throughout. I imagine he was tired and hungry perhaps but when you've paid for an experience you expect basic customer engagement. I also paid 40 for a photo and video package. They provide the same on a usb type stick. My son came home excited to find every photo was of a random man taken 4 hours prior to his experience. We tried to call the venue to no avail. We have contacted the company the last couple of days and been informed this will take up to 10 working days to rectify. No offer of the pictures or a refund of the money paid for the photos has been forthcoming. I have paid 40 for photos of a stranger. I would not give this company your money. Go elsewhere

The purchase price for the experience should be just that - not charging £40 extra for CDW (which should be provided as a matter of course, it is with any other driving experience), for car 'training', upgrades and everything else. Surprised they don't charge extra for seatbelts.
It's not even that there are so many extras but the persistance and rudeness of the staff in badgering you into agreeing is something else, having been gifted one of these experiences I don't expect to have to pay hundreds on top, or being told that I'm 'tight' when I refuse to do so!
I wish the person who purchased this for me had read the reviews beforehand - I think the sheer number of 1 star reviews on here (and absolute lack of ANY response from the company) paint a pretty clear picture.

Why oh why didn’t I check the reviews on trust pilot. The experience was an absolute shambles and definitely not worth half of what I paid considering it was a birthday present. You’re constantly being asked about upgrading to a better spec car which you can’t use to anything like even a quarter of its potential. The cars are really looking tired and 3 out of the 4 had engine management lights on. The part of the airfield they use is full of pot holes and so rough it’s more like an off road track which would be better suited to a Land Rover. The instructors are hit and miss depending on who’s taking you as well and the general organisation is shambolic at best. Unfortunately the only thing they have sort of right is plenty of emails before you arrive, although they all say the same thing.. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this experience as my partner has done others which have been so much better from start to finish. This is my honest opinion .

Though the Nissan Skyline drive was advertised at various circuits including Brands Hatch I tried booking that location only to be told that circuit was not available to book last year for the car so extended the ticket for another 12 months in the hope that this year was available but Dunsfold was the nearest location, Wasn't prepared to travel 2 hours each way for 3 laps in a car which would of lasted 5 minutes. Customer support is non existent.

Triple Supercar Blast scam
I booked the Triple Supercar Blast for One. Leuchars is the nearest location offered, so I asked to book that venue with Everyman Racing (Virgin don’t actually run these days). The guy on the phone, seemed confused and said, “oh Fife”. I said that was correct. When I booked up he sent me a confirmation email saying I had booked Lochgelly, which is also in Fife. That’s really far for me to travel and make it at that time of day. I called him saying there had been a mix up and he had booked the wrong venue. He said that Lochgelly was the only venue they had in Scotland. Not one in Leuchars. The Virgin website clearly states that Everyman Racing have a venue in Leuchars, St Andrews. Had I known it was Lochgelly I would have booked up with another company that Virgin offer.m for a much closer venue. I’m now booked at a venue I don’t want and have paid an additional £125 for extras, which Everyman Racing are not going to refund me, even though they made a mistake. I contacted Virgin they said the voucher had already been claimed and they couldn’t help me. Beware, this isn’t a Virgin Experience. They’re just acting as a 3rd party and fish this out smaller unreliable companies. I will never book with them again:(

I did the 3 super car and fast driving experience, Lee was the best! Very funny and professional.

A great experience from start to finish for the three of us today at Lydden. Jan was great going through everything when we checked in.The staff looking after us and getting us from car to car were superb, jolly and professional. We will certainly be going back. Yes there are lots of add ons if you want them but you don’t have to take them !

Took my sons to the NORTH WEALD Junior passenger high speed experience today. after reading bad reviews I was really worried but I can not fault them it was amazing start to finish! The only problem we had was couple of that track pictures didn’t go on to the sd card for some reason but all other pics and videos are on it but because the pictures didn’t go on we was offered a free family high speed ride in the bmw which again was amazing. Amazing experience and will be booking again

When booking the experience they tried to sell me a million extra things which was REALLY annoying but I decided to go for the media package which cost £40 and I was told I would receive several pictures for each of the 2 cars being driven, videos from inside the cars and a photo printed out to take home. When I finished the experience the media service was down and we couldn’t get any of these. We asked for a refund there and then and they convinced us they would be able to retrieve all the photos and videos and send them by email and the printed photo by post. I heard back from them a couple of days later with 4 photos.. that’s all. 4 photos and no videos, as I was promised when they sold me the media package. Tried getting back to them but not surprisingly nobody’s replying to me emails anymore. SCAMMERS!!!!!

I bought the junior Lamborghini driving experience for my son through Virgin experience days and he had a great time at the Three Sisters Circuit today. However, the pressure to buy more is constant. When I booked it over the phone, there was a lot of hard sell to buy the extra insurance, to upgrade the experience, purchase more laps etc. we then had the same experience at the track today and I ended up paying an extra £40 for extra insurance which my son afterwards said you definitely don’t need! At the same time the staff keep trying to sell you upgrades and extra laps, passenger rides etc. This has completely put me off buying another experience which is a shame because my son did really enjoy it!

The initial cost from the likes of Virgin are not even the start. This company are the biggest scam I have experienced. When calling the number to book after paying even the customer services (sales) advisor basically tells you that you only get 5 mins in each car and its pretty rubbish, especially if you have to travel, then the real sales attaches starts, from extra laps, upgraded cars (the free cars are pretty basic) then they hit you with the insurance! You will be frightened into paying £90 PP for insurance even thought it would be safe to assume this would be included. When you get completely knocked by this system and decide to cancel after reading the shocking reviews, you are not given one. Avoid these jokers like the plaque. FYI, any other person they have knocked, claim it back through your bank like me :) They are breaking the consumer law not refunding when no good or service has been received.

I had an experience with them today and the course at Aldershot which was a shambles. I was pressured into the damage waiver which was as £50 and the two out of three cars had loads defects in the first place which anyone could be easily blamed for. Plus the stat of the course at Aldershot is shocking, was not fit for a super car experience. I only managed to get to speeds of 50mph in all cars as the amount of cars on the track (can’t even call it a track) was busy, the m25 moves quicker. There were cones all over the track and pots on a track was crazy. One of my instructor was no help, he had me pull over to allow the atom to pass by. This was one 30th birthday present that was poor by far. Feel completely let down by Everyman. Avoid this his track and don’t purchase the damage wavier for the two cars were in stat (two of the cars hand breaks didn’t work and had a Everyman land yard to pull to open the door). I had more fun driving home then being on that track.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!! A lot of hidden costs and keep wanting to sell you different stuffs. I have called up to make the booking and specially asked whether I can cancel or change my booking, the guys called Nathan said it has to be within 24 hours (did not mention any costs). After experiencing the poor service from them, I have decided to cancel the booking (1 hour after the booking) then I have been informed that I have to pay £25 admin fee, tried to argue and has not heard anything back. Please book on virgin experience if you can, SUCH A SCAM COMPANY THIS ONE!!!!

Long wait, knackered old car and instructor had not had any experience of teaching under 17’s! Appeared disorganised and lack of communication. No facility to watch your child having their ‘experience’. Instructor was very nice, but didn’t know how to teach. I don’t think my daughter moved out of 2nd gear!
