Avoid Driving with Steve if you value professionalism and honesty. My experience with the finance department under name Dylan from finance manager was full of pressure tactics, repeated calls/texts, and confusing changes to pricing and financing numbers, unprofessional, non stop harrasments.

Once I decided not to proceed, the tone changed completely. Instead of respecting my decision, I received rude and disrespectful messages, including comments about my credit. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing a business.

Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers should be able to ask questions, take time to think, and walk away without being harassed or insulted.

Regardless of whether someone buys a car or not, people deserve to be treated with respect. A customer declining a deal should never lead to personal attacks.

I strongly recommend shoppers get every number in writing, review all financing terms carefully, and consider how a business treats you before the sale—because that usually reflects how they’ll treat you after the sale.

My advice: get everything in writing, verify every number yourself, and be cautious dealing with this business.

Hey this is a great place to get your next car at folks. Patrick was a very knowledgeable person in this field also financing on cars. Took me less then 2 hours for all to be done, signing papers etc. I highly recommend United Auto Loans, plus Steve's cars.

So I saw the ad online. I didn't think much of it and I thought what the heck am I gonna try it? I filled-out the application. Uh, they got back to me right away. And after working through what my budget was, they were able to find a vehicle that suited my needs. And within 24 hours, they had delivered a vehicle from nanaimo, up to Houston BC where I live. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Steve. We were promised $2,000 cash back and a trip for four to Las Vegas as part of our Bronco purchase. Based on these incentives, we agreed to a smaller vehicle than we originally wanted. Now that the deal is done, the promises haven't been kept. We could have purchased the vehicle we actually wanted elsewhere, but we trusted the word given to us here. Unprofessional and misleading. STAY AWAY FROM DRIVING WITH STEVE!!! Buyer beware: Do not trust the 'incentives' offered here. Steve promised us a Vegas trip and $2k cash back to get us into a Bronco, but once the papers were signed, those promises vanished. We ended up with a smaller vehicle and none of the perks we were used to lure us in. Absolute bait-and-switch tactics. Its been over a year and they are now ignoring our emails and calls. Incompetent!

Jeff was an Amazing help, finding me a vehicle that gave me everything I asked for and more (granted my list was short SUV, Hyundai and would get me to my destination). Best part was I was secretly looking for a HEV Hybrid, which I never mentioned but thats exactly what I got.
From start to finish everything was easy and smooth, constant communication and though I continued to be skeptical, I am very grateful for this experience. The drivers (Sandra) on my drop off day were very nice and helpful as well! Will be recommending to my friends through and through!

THIS IS NOT A DEALERSHIP THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION! Then you’re stuck with whatever crappy dealership they sold it to. They wasted weeks of my time completely, never showed me any vehicles, (yet apparently I’m pre-approved), no idea what I’m approved for, no ability to work with any other dealership, this is a SCAM!! Also highly illegal and will be reported!!
