Do not deal with this company. I ordered a clutch. It did not work for me, so after many back and forth emails they finally sent me a return label.
I packed it up in a a larger box to protect it. After waiting three weeks. I get an email today saying "you did not send the device"-with a picture of the box I sent...unopened. It was a random box that had held a toy or something. They are actually trying to say I sent back the wrong item. I have never experienced something like this. Do not buy from this company-It is an influencer scam.

Clutch cut a fair deal. Staff at Bayshore in Ottawa were professional, knowledgeable and efficient beyond words. Provided me with an excellent customer experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Clutch was very helpful The only issue I had was with carfax. Carfax said our mileage was say 140000km when its only actually 115000 Carfax thought the number was in miles so carfax switched it from miles to kilometers which gave a wrong reading I wish I knew about this It would have saved alot of stress

The website was a bit difficult to navigate as all the answers to my questions were not there. I had to call on several times to maje sure of things. I could not schedule the sale and pickup on line. I needed to call in. Everything else was excellent.

Very deceptive marketing practices. My son originally ordered a car with an additional warranty. So far so good. When I told him that the car he ordered had at least one year on the mfg. bumper to bumper warranty and 3 years on the drivetrain, I suggested he get the car without a warranty from clutch. He was told that he had to buy the “essential” package which includes detailing (the car was already detailed before they photographed and listed it), a full tank of gas (my heart be still) and a 6 month clutch warranty which starts the day he gets the car - when it’s under a mfg warranty! In other words, here’s the advertised price, but if you want to actually buy it, it’s $1800 more. That’s dirty and really should be illegal.
