Couldn’t change order as carnt use phone. Tried to change order though email they wouldn’t do it. So be careful what you order

I have being trying all day to get through to this company but gave up.l got vsuckmkf listening to crap music.if you are busy give the engaged tone.instead of wasting my money.we had a delivery of cat shoo.it was damaged and I only managed to save 4 plants Please replace thank you

I’m very disappointed with this merchant. The delivery was late, and the ornamental grasses arrived in very poor condition — dried out and visibly damaged. I also tried contacting them multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my emails, which is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, this company is not reliable, and I would not recommend them.

The latest plants I ordered from J Parkers are very low quality. I ordered 5 Aquilegia and 5 primula Auricula mixed. The Aquilegia arrived very underdevelopped and half dead. One of them, at least, is dead. The primula are not that mixed, all the same colour but one and not in a very good shape either. One is really struggling. I contact their "customer service" and still waiting for an answer. I want my money back for the "Aquilegia", worst quality either.
I update my comment. The customer service gave me back my money for the Aquilegia. They reacted quickly after my review on Trust pilot. The plants of the rest of my orders are healthy.

Dahlias tubers can sometimes be far from their best by the time they arrive, but on this occasion ALL the tubers were in first class condition, and packed extremely well. The order was executed by Parkers in a speedy manner with no omissions through lack of stock. I was well satisfied in every way. Well done Parkers!!

I recently purchased a Paul’s Scarlet Hawthorn from J. Parkers, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Their team was responsive and kept me well informed throughout the process.

i have ordered a few bulbs and plants and no regrets. good company. no false promises. the rose Gouchard especially is WOW.

Excellent quality , well packaged and arrived when stated.

It was something of a disaster unfortunately. A lot of broken and damaged plants and some not so good specimen. I am hoping Parker will rectify this as I am sure they would wish to do so.

I have been a very satisfied customer over the years, but this year I put in a very large order on the 18th of February.
After many phone calls I was told "we have marked your order urgent ".
After waiting over 6 weeks I requested a refund, which i received eventually.
I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated.

I received my latest order today for 30 ground cover plants. Excellently packaged in packs of 6 with 2 varieties pet pack. Sturdy healthy looking plants which I have now planted in the plot I had prepared previously.

Just received my order 20 minutes ago. Hydrangeas ordered are tiny , only 1 of 3 have actual green shoots
growing.
3 rose bushes ordered out of luck dip , 2 of them for all
intent purposes are dead. The roots are bone dry
obviously have not been in soil/water or compost for
weeks. One has a UK badge presume it came from there.Even though they are bare rooted the roots should not be this dry. Buds had started growing out of 2 of them but have died.
A bonus packet of seeds is a tiny packed of apprx 8 seeds of Dwarf Snap Bean . big wooh

I think this company has problems, firstly they did not acknowledge receipt of the order, which was odd as most acknowledgements are computer generated, the order arrived without a list of plants, do they have an I T issue. One plant was damaged, brown tips on the leaves. 6 arrived in the incorrect sized pots. The web site stated that Pittosporum and philadelphus were sold in 9cm pots mine arrived in 7cm pots. After a number of emails about photographs and rulers, the customer service team agreed to consult with the nursery. The explanation was that the pots had come incorrectly sized from a third party supplier. If the nursery doesn't know the difference between a 7 cm and 9 cm pot. I think Parkers have a problem. Also I never got an explanation as to why I got a damaged plant. I have ordered from Parker over a number of years, but this time I felt they were struggling, either through lack of staff or cutting corners in a difficult financial environment

All plants delivered within timescale quoted, and all good quality.
