Sydney is honest and amazing. He is a senior engineer, experienced. He figured out the problem straight away and solved the issue.

Lovely gentleman called Leigh (I believe) helped us and was extremely prompt on a Saturday evening to reach us at 10:15pm.

It was absolutely dreadful experience! I am still in shock how bad this company is! I spent £170 for nothing! The plumber did the wrong pipe! Not only that,it was blocked again after just 4 days! I called for them to come back but find out that I will have to pay again! Pay again so the job will be done properly! I wonder how am I going to explain the landlord that I spent this money for NOTHING!
It looks like you need to know exactly what is wrong and point out,otherwise they will do just whatever- I didn't know,I trusted the plumber to know and now I am left qith the probkem and no money. Horrible experience!

Great job. My Camden Dino-Rod guy was called Bobby, & I felt I had to write a review as he worked so hard.
Blocked sinks in my property. It happens a lot due to the building communal stack pipe not being maintained properly! Really annoying when it's not caused by my flat but couldn't use washing machine or sinks so needed help quickly. Bobby arrived with the machine that looks like an electric hosepipe - that pushes through the blockage, but the machine broke! He swiftly fixed it & worked within the hour time estimated. He was really polite & friendly. It's also reassuring that there's a 3 month warranty.

Great communication, friendly engineer who explained what was required clearly and solved our issue quickly.

My toilet was blocked and I was very stressed. When I rang Dynorod to book a plumber I spoke to Shaun who was friendly and helpful. He promised someone would be with me as soon as possible.
Just over an hour later Danny arrived. He sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very kind, professional, helpful and reassuring. Who knew having your toilet unblocked could be such a pleasant experience?!!! I would definitely use Dynorod again.

This Company as far as is my experience has no respect for customers. We were told well into the morning that the surveyor had called in sick, then without any consultation or consideration received a notice that they’d come the following week between 9am and 6pm!!! As if none of us work! Then another appointment was scheduled and we were given to understand that the surveyor would arrive in the morning, which had been confirmed. By 3.30pm no one arrived and no explanation, update or apology and again another day booked off work! They are either too large a Company and have no interest in individual customers or are just out to make money at any cost to the customer. Why on earth can they not like every other reasonable Company at least offer a window of time!??? So I’m not at all surprised to read some of the appalling reviews.

I have British Gas service insurance and I booked a repair for my leaking toilet into the pan on the 20 March. So far they have sent two plumbers two weeks apart after cancelling another two whole day appointments on their side and neither has even attempted to fill x the issue. They both claimed that they were not prepared ti fix the issue. Today they were supposed to come again and waited all they at home and no one turned up. They didn’t even bother to call to cancel. They have done this 3 times in the past 4 weeks. I have called their call centre and they are always unable to contact their engineers in the afternoons.

Great same day service. Dyno rod sent somebody within 90 minutes of call out for blocked toilet. Engineer Reese was professional and jolly and sorted the within 30 minutes. All an impressive response

Great, friendly, patient engineers, had a hard job finding a blockage on a soil stack spent 6 hours locating it, never gave up and worked almost non-stop! Superb service thank you would not hesitate to use again.

The appointment to unblock a drain was easy to set up online. I was notified with a phone call just 5 minutes before the arrival of the technician Reece Taylor. He worked swiftly, tidily. He was polite, kind and professional. Five stars! Will use again

I was visited by Danny who was able to solve my problem. Danny is s very charming, professional and respectful person who took the time to explain what the problem was and advise how he was doing to resolve it, and give advise as to how to avoid it reoccurring. Very very satisfied with his mannerism and attitude towards his work and myself⭐️⭐️

The contractor arrived within 2 hours of calling which was a good start. But then he couldn’t find an issue & said it wasn’t blocked (it clearly was somewhere in the stack pipe). He then used a camera to explore the inner pipes & said they were in poor condition & he’d have to return to unblock the pipes. I was then charged a higher price than was initially quoted. When I called back, I was told they could return in a week at additional cost. Waste of time & money-avoid!

Had bad builder in home renovation and flush a large plastic bag into toilet. The sewage got blocked and got Dyno-Rod to help out.

On the first day, they arrived but no parking space outside the property. The Dyno-Rod guy proactively arrange next day service for me to block a space outside.

On next day, it was an amazing service and the worker ensured all pipes are unblocked before leaving. One of the best, humble workers I even met in the UK. They are professional and I can’t recommend more to everyone who has problem in their sewage. Great work and well done.

Dyno-rod Enfield drain service. Worst local office I have ever dealt with. Cancelled drain clearance booked through British gas Homecare three times without any explanation. No-show 'emergency' same day appointment by Dynorod Enfield made by British Homecare as by this time sewage water was backing up into the kitchen sink. Made multiple calls to the same female staff member in the office who assured me the appointment was booked and an emergency engineer would come out only to transpire that no-one was actually booked. She said that the appointment won't update on the British Gas app, but she's 'raised another resource'. Contacted British gas Homecare who said the Dynorod Enfield office never requested another engineer, cancelled the emergency appointment without any reason and is 'having a laugh' with me! Contacted Dynorod Enfield this morning and spoke to the same female staff member who then denied any knowledge of the 5 conversations the previous afternoon (I kept on ringing to chase the engineer as things just did not add up) with a jobsworth 'this is not my problem' attitude and then hung up. I left a message for a manager to phone me back - which never materialised. I had to get another company (London Drains Direct) to do the work - who was efficient, professional and turned up early and sorted within 30 minutes. This has resulted in a significant cost to me and I am now considering cancelling my British Homecare as I am not receiving the service I am paying for. I have never actually come across such poor customer service and the brazen approach to a customer is truly worrying. Steer clear from Dyno-Rod Enfield - they will literally drive you around the bend! I would give zero stars if I could.
