A very tidy, polite and respectful engineer (Myles)- great experience

Grant was great at explaining what had happened and what needed to be done. Worked effectively and swiftly.

Called in the morning - drains cleared in the afternoon. Problem was that roots had grown into waste pipe. The engineer had a video and showed before and after.
Excellent service!

Our drain was blocked and when I phone Dyno-Rod they were very helpful and managed to send a man out sort the problem on the same day and he managed to fix it and explained what caused the blockage,was very professional and helpful.

Great experience with Dyno Rod, made an online appointment for the same day, was called half an hour before arrival. Mick was really helpful and friendly, he got on with the job (which was not to pleasant) wasn’t the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for

Had Anthony at my house to fix a leaky toilet. Great communication before his visit, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, tested it, left the place tidy. Also gave additional info about boilers which I asked about. All round a good job. Thank you.

Dean came out to fix a blocked sewer at my mum’s property. He was friendly efficient and explained things very well. He was very helpful and sorted the problem quickly. Very happy with the service provided!

Dyno Rod workmanship

Isaac came on the 18th of April from Dyno Rod plumbing dept. Rang before he came, was on time, knew his job, he was very polite. He used his shoe covering , spoke to us about what he would be doing, we agreed and he set to work. The Work was professionally done He answered our questions in a positive polite and professional manner. The work was done and looked better than before. Isaac is an asset to the company.

Jed was very efficient and pleasant. Carried out the work to my satisfaction.

Charlie Hesketh was a reliable polite and thorough engineer who explained everything about the problems and what he had done to resolve them. Plus as further action is required on a very old radiator he has organised further assistance for asap.

Anthony called ahead and arrived when he said he would.
He identified the issue, which turned out to be water ingress from the tap seal but wasn’t covered under the callout. However, as a precaution, he sorted an issue with the toilet button and didn’t give up until it was flushing correctly and screwed down the toilet which hadn’t been done by the previous plumber.
Lovely guy…very determined…would highly recommend

Alex came to do a clean up after the first job he attended at our property, we requested him to come and do it as he was so professional the first time and made us feel very comfortable. He did a very good job. Thank you again Alex!

The fall pipes running from the en suite & family bathroom came away from the side of the house during the night, leaving some waste from the bathroom and toilet on the driveway.
Keiran arrived around mid morning, it was obvious what the problem was and after taking a few pictures, he cracked on with fixing the problem. He went out of his way to get it sorted asap and sort some new parts. One of his coworkers (Alfie) turned up to give him some assistance, as the pipe work was quite heavy and needed replacement fixings screwing into the wall. Together they managed to get it sorted without any problems or dramas. A top job, well pleased with the results. Highly recommended 👍🏻
