Thank you Dyno team, i had prolonged slow flow hot water issue which many people tried to fix but no luck. Mr Shafi from Dyno has visited and proactively checked every possible issue. He has managed tweak few things and managed restore the flow.
He also assured if it’s temporary fix he is happy to come again via Insurance company again. Thats the service we expect from the whole team. Thanks a lot.

Made multiple appointments, they turned up 6 hours late, then they said they couldnt do the job, but thats because they hadnt even paid for parking and wanted to get going and decided they could just not to do the work. Then when they came back another day, there was a no show. Then arranged another time and caused major damage to the carpentry which wasnt fixed. Not even sure the work was done that I was charged £600 for. Total joke. Do not use this company.

Dyno do emergency work for British Gas. They want 100% payment up front before the work has started. A job that should have cost a few hundred was charged at £600!

Dyno Plumbing sent knowledgeable engineer who carried out the work efficiently

Two plumbers were unable to locate the mains leak but Dyno-Rod found it and did the repair. This involved cutting into parquet floor and digging up the concrete subfloor to get to the pipe. Subfloor was made good and the damage to the parquet was kept to a minimum.
A bit expensive, but I knew in advance and they completed the repair.

I rang to book for a plumber to come out to us because we had a broken toilet seat. We were offered a same day appointment which was later in the day cancelled. (I thought it was too good to be true!) We were then given an appointment 2 days later.
I thought I would have to stay in and wait all day but by 8.30 am the seat was fixed and it was all done! We needed a plumber because we weren't able to access the back of the toilet to remove/replace the toilet seat. Anyway, the plumber was friendly, polite and efficient and we are very pleased with the job done!
Very expensive though, for what turned out to be a simple job, I think!

Umar and his colleague did a great job- friendly yet professional. However, the support staff specifically the office personnel who do the parts ordering and work schedules need to improve vastly. They need to learn how to provide a customer centric efficient service with better communication skills.

The engineer was polite and did the job well

Isolation value to appliance was not shutting fully, as overflowing with water. Armidas attended site & within few mins managed to isolate the value, with resolution for replacement value. He was very friendly, courteous and monitored appliance for 15mins to ensure water to appliance was shut.

Leak Detention - Ali Ali from Dyno-Rod, did an excellent job. He found and fixed the leak, quickly and professionally. Ali was friendly and polite. Excellent Service. Thank you. 7th August 2023

Dyno with British Gas came, fixed the new valve within minutes and left. Darren did a great job.
