I have just had a visit from the most competent and pleasant plumber that I have ever come across.
It was such an unusual experience to meet such a plumber who really knew what he was doing. Dyno, I hope that you manage to hold on to such an asset as Charlie.

Zach visited today and replaced ball valve on cold water storage tank. He was friendly and polite and explained what he had done as well as other Dyno services. Have used Dyno through British Gas for years and in the past found engineers could be unreliable and always apprehensive about their visits. They now seem to have got their act together as past two visits have been excellent.

I had a leaky pipe that needed investigating. Anthony arrived very quickly after I made the call to Dyno-Rod and he diagnosed and fixed the issue and alleviated any concerns that I had. He was friendly and polite and incredibly efficient.

Conor Nicholson visited my property today to fix a tap that we couldn’t turn off. He fixed the problem in no time at all by fitting a new tap and was very efficient, polite and courteous making sure he tidied up everything before he left. Fantastic service!

Taylor strikes again! Taylor from Dyno-Rod has visited my home to remedy a few things including toilet cisterns, washing machine and dish washer leaks. Each and every time he has been courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely quick with his diagnosis and fix. A highly recommended young man.

We had a broken pump. The engineer Charlie Page came on Thursday to diagnose problem and ordered parts. Bank holiday on Monday and came and fitted on Tuesday to get us back to normal. Thank you.

Great end to end service from booking the appointment to resolving the problem. Mick came out to clear the waste pipework from the kitchen sink and George and Michael then attended to install a new AAV. The waste water now flows properly and doesn’t back up into the sink. Great work guys!

For my call out today it was attended by Grant, from the outset he was friendly, professional and informative.
He communicated well what he thought problems could be, explained how he fixed them and helped with future recommendations.

We had a hot water cylinder leak issue fixed by Clarence. He kept us fully informed, explained what he was doing and why. We expected it would be a 'make safe' visit but he saw the problem and solved it. So impressed by his efficiency and manner.

Plumbing Engineer Charlie Paye clearly explained the issue and tried to solve the problem, until it was clear that it required part replacement and parted explaining the next steps.

Michael was very pleasant and most helpful. He went the extra mile working hard to replace our immersion heater This is now happily up and running again
