This review is to thank an absolutely incredible Dyno-Rod senior engineer, Michael W, who came to fix our hot water issues that had been ongoing for over 18 months without getting resolved. We had had a string of various engineers coming through to sort out the problem unsuccessfully. Michael was the only engineer who managed to identify the issue and sorted it out for us and we are so very grateful to him. He is truly an excellent plumber, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, very thorough and efficient. We are very grateful for the work he carried out for us in September last year, identifying and fixing a very tricky leak that had eluded all other engineers who had previously attended our call. Kai knew exactly what the issue was with my running water within a couple of seconds, gave me a reasonable price to complete the work, then took it upon himself to complete the work!

I recently had a plumber Clarence Joseph from Dyno-Rod carry out work at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish he was professional, efficient and hardworking.

After lots of visits from various Dyno rod staff who have been lovely and helpful to replace pipe work inside and outside, it’s Charlie Page who has solved our main leak and repaired it
It’s caused a lot of damage to plasterwork and wooden surround round toilet which will need to be replaced

I received a visit from an engineer Charlie Page who was very professional and provided very good customer service

George phoned prior to visit and said how soon he would be with me. Arrived exactly when he said he would. Got to work straight away and the old radiator removed and new one fitted smoothly and effortlessly. George was cheerful and polite, thank you.

Charlie Page was excellent in the way he calmly repaired our leak and was able to work around problems as they arose showing great initiative.

Charlie Pace of Dyno-Rod arrived on the day (within 10 mins) not the expected day after British Gas said world be the soonest. He was very friendly and reassuring. He fixed our blown pipe within half an hour and was very kind about our barking dog. He explained and showed us what had happened.

My Engineer Charlie Page did a fantastic job solving the leak on my loo. It turned out to be a little more difficult than it should have been due to the parts not being compatible with mine due to the age. Charlie was not beaten and did not leave till job was done to a high standard. Added to this, excellent customer skills. A credit to Dyno/British Gas. Thank you Charlie
