Disgusting service, STAY AWAY, finally got through at 3.20am and they turned up at 5am and was rude to go with it on phone, NEVER AGAIN

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Rude staff, long delays, car damaged no refund. Stay away from this company.

Absolutely terrible, DO NOT USE!
So many reviews the same as our experience. We used them in January, waited over an hour and a half for them to return our car, waiting in the rain with our baby. We booked again for last week, not realising it was the same company until I received the confirmation email with their details on.
This time round they collected and returned the car quicker, but our brand new car had been damaged during the period they’ve had it. The guy dropped our car off and didn’t even speak never mind check and sign the car to say it was in the same condition we’d signed for when dropping our car off. The front corner has been scuffed, the number plate is cracked and has rust on from whatever it has been parked up against, the screws are lose and won’t tighten so our number plate is lose. Of course, like the other reviews they’re not accepting any responsibility for it and we’re rude over the phone. I’ve asked for their insurance details to let their insurance discuss it with ours, but as expected they wouldn’t give me them. Wish we’d have seen the reviews before. They’re a joke of a company, can’t understand how any of them have got a driving licence if they’ve had this many bumps and scrapes!

If I could rate 0* I would. Disgusting service. Returned my car damaged - it was pristine when they collected. Drove my vehicle to me with flat tyres. Didn’t advise of any issues - just gave me my keys and scarpered before I had chance to enter my vehicle. Refusing to accept any liability. Late collecting my vehicle. Late bringing it back. Wont reimburse me for the damage they caused. Wont refund my payment for disgraceful service. Absolutely appalling company. Bunch of Del Boys ripping people off and taking no care of your property.

Obviously would get 0 star if I could ..
If you want your car to be returned damaged.and them to not accept any liability this is the company for you.
Avoid at all costs

Paid for meet and greet. Landed at midnight and were left waiting over 2 hours. No one communicated what was going on, we were lied to, hung up on and then it transpired they had lost our keys!!!!! They told us our only option was to pay for a taxi home out of our own pocket (£200) and then try to claim it back.
Now trying to sort a refund and no one is responding to any messages.
AVOID THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Car returned with a huge scratch/dent on the front bumper. No apology , no comeback as i didn't see it at the time of pick up. TBH who checks the car in the dark after an eight hour flight in the freezing cold . lesson learnt. would avoid.

Arriving in car park West, to be NOT greeted by Manchester Valet Parking Ltd., (their record is atrocious!) we chanced across 'Babs' from EAP Manchester, collecting a car. We asked if he could also take out car, for 3 weeks, he was happy to do so and charged the same price as we'd paid M.V.P.Ltd.
We could have kissed him, the alternative was c. £1,000!. On arriving back though, took 50 minutes, 5 phone calls, 'have we got your car/ are you back early or late/are you sure we've got it/ I'll have a look around the pound & get back to you', so, under the circumstances we were getting pretty concerned, but finally, 50 minutes later, our car arrived, so HUGE thanks for helping out, but, could be more organised when it comes to collections.

Not much I can add that hasn't already been said.
Car returned damaged and absolutely filthy inside and out. Sweet packets, sugar sachets, you name it, it was left in the car.
They don't reply.
Criminals.

If I could give this company less than 1* I would.

I called to say I was arriving to be told they needed 10minutes so had to drive around for 10minutes even though I had called 30minutes prior and no issue was raised that the time wouldn’t be okay.

Upon return, I tried to call them for over half an hour with the phone just going to voicemail and had to call the police to help me find another number for this company. When they finally answered I was told there was a technical issue and my car would be 10minutes at this point I’d been waiting with two children for an hour. 15minutes still no car so I called back to be given abuse by the call handler who told me “if you carry on I’ll fxxking make you wait longer for your car” then hung up on me. Finally, after an hour and a half, I got my car for it to not have been cleaned even though I booked a mini valet. I have tried every day to contact this company to no avail for a partial refund so currently trying to get a refund from my bank. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Car was dropped off in a complete rush covered in bird droppings, £6 coins for exit left in car were gone. Windscreen had huge round chip in it, windscreen not repairable. Phoned the driver straight back whilst still in car park he said he never noticed and was sorry but we’d have to email the company. Of course they will not accept any liability for anything! Completely stressful experience. Will be going to small claims court. Booked through CPD comparison site so had no idea we were using this company. AVOID

Awful company, arrived back in UK no problems then had trouble getting through to them and was fobbed off with times. Ended up waiting 40 minutes in car park for the car with 2 small children. All you want to do is get home after your hols. Never use these again.

Left damages to my car refuse to accept liability.

Not the meet and greet service I thought I was booking, also cost me £6 drop off and another £6 to get out , wasn’t on the booking when I made it , wish I’d read reviews ,

Absolutely abysmal service, sap off the trees ruined my convertible roof. Spoke to someone and was told to ring back tomorrow.

Awful experience. No mention of EAP on the booking website - it just said I had confirmed with CPD Saver Meet & Greet Manchester.
The car had been parked under a tree so was covered in sticky nectar and leaves. The window had clearly been left open all week, so the car was full of leaves and insects! Not want you want to come back to after a holiday, especially after having it valeted just before I went away! The car had clearly been used whilst I was away, there were grey hairs on the passenger seat and foot marks on the passenger side. No apology from the staff, the only comment was that I had a nice car! Also no mention of the £4 you have to pay on entering and leaving the car park - this should have been stated or included in the overall cost.

I have used this company 3 times now there brilliant, ring them half hour before you arrive and there is someone there to meet you.
When I arrived back rang them baring in mind I had stayed an extra night I waited 10 minutes for my car, the man helped me with my cases and I was on my way.
I was then due to fly out 3rd and couldn’t due to family issue, I couldn’t get through on the email so I rang the mobile and got through to a man named Mark, he arranged everything for me changed my date at no extra charge, he was very helpful and I will only use these from now on.
My review is honest and from august & September.
Mark again I thank you and keep up the fantastic work your great 😄

Amazing service with lovely and helpful staff! Me and my partner have used the company before for past holidays and were already impressed with the service. As always the team were flexible with our arrival times but this year our airport journey took and unexpected turn when upon arriving to our terminal for drop off, I got a badly punctured tire. Me being a dramatic was in hysterics worrying about a) how I would manage to drive my car home on my 2AM arrival in a week and b) how much this would cost me. The member of staff who greeted us was both professional and caring and reassured me that they could sort things for me and not to worry. I received a call shortly before my flight to let me know they repaired my tire free of charge and simply advised to take it easy on my journey home! UPDATE: picked up my car early hours of this evening, car made it home but all 4 dust valves stolen.

Not to be rude but absolute scum stole money from my car then told me I wasn’t getting it back what company even is this??
