Still waiting for an item from Dec 24, its now the end of match 25.
Written multiple times to these people, they don't help and say it's left upto me.
Horrible site, they stole $200 from me and won't refund.

ECBlend Flavors is awesome!!! Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful in every way. I could not believe how fast shipping was, clear across the country in a few days. Even though their website said an average of 5 days to ship when I ordered, it shipped the next day. They have so many awesome flavors. I highly recommend!!!

They sent me the wrong order. I had asked for 12mg nicotine and what arrived had 0mg nicotine. To resolve the issue they wanted me to open a ticket and take photos etc. I would expect them to simply send me the correct order. There will be no next time.

I was simply looking for a drip tip for my Geekvape. Easy web page, easy order, and great quality service. Had my order within a week. Drip tip fits perfectly. I will definitely be ordering from EC again!

This is my 4th time ordering from ECBLEND, and once again, they were right on time, exactly one week from order date to delivery and I am clear across the country. They use USPS and not some 3rd party delivery service to where you never know if and when you will get your products. I am very Impressed and the liquids are great. I always order 2 - 120ml bottles of each of my favorite 2 liquids and always throw in a 120 ml bottle of a new flavor to try as I am building my go to flavors. Cant beat this company in price, shipping times, and assortment and quality of their products.

ECBlend used to be my favorite store but now I am skeptical about ordering from ECBlend ever again. I'm still waiting on them to resolve my order from the end of August. At the time of writing this review, it's late November. I contacted customer support letting them know that I suspected that there was not enough nicotine in my mix. The response received in turn was to troubleshoot my vape and remind me that I need to shake my liquid. Despite shaking the e-liquid until it foamed, there was no change in throat hit. It has been over a month since their first response and I think they are just ignoring me at this point. I don't know how many weeks I should wait for a response, but if I have to wait for a little under a month for them to get back to me each time, it will take half a year for this issue to finally be resolved. I think it is despicable for an order made in August to be resolved the next year.

Update: They got back to me just now. ECblend states that they have already put in motion a replacement order. I still feel a bit sour about it, but they're doing their best to make it right. If there are no issues with the order when it arrives, I'll likely try ECblend again.

Hi, I just want to change my previous review to 3 stars (neutral) after ECBlend replied to my message and refund my order. As I mentioned, I've been a long time customer and ECBlend has been reliable. Their product is my favorite. However, there're couple points that I still don't get it:
* Why can't you stop the new ordering if you can't keep up with it?
* You can charge people if you can ship the product within couple days, but not for the whole month (in my case). Wishing ECBlend the best.

ECBlend has always been great. This time, even though there was the lengthy delay in getting my product, when I saw my order was shipped, I was okay. However, when I received the package that I had to sign for by USPS. It was just a manila envelope with a packing slip but no product. Literally a packing slip signed and inspected and that was it. This was sent from Oklahoma City, and I usually receive ECBlend orders from Medford, Oregon. I opened a ticket with all the pictures and clearly outlined what had happened. I received a response the next day asking if the package was opened or USPS had put a damaged sticker on it. The photos I had sent clearly showed that was not the issue. I responded and haven't heard anything back. I would just like my product or a refund.

UPDATE - I received my "replacement" order yesterday. Instead of the two 125 ml bottles at 3% nicotine, I received two 90 ml short fill bottles with no nicotine. I also received a bottle of something called nicotine shot which is 12%.

This is not even close to what I ordered, and will be calling my CC company to dispute payment. I obviously won't be doing business with ECBlend anymore until they can demonstrate competence. It's a shame because I really liked their products and service but to still not have what I ordered on JULY 28th is absurd.

IT IS THE ONLY JUICE I WILL USE. IT'S THE BEST Out THERE AND HAVE REALLY GOOD PRICES. I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM FOR YEARS. AND I HAVE GOTTEN A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE ONLY GOING THROUGH EC BLEND. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THEM

Do not ever buy from this store. They used to make the best e-liquid and ship your items fast. Just like the other reviews they take your money from loyal customers and they never ship your items. My items have been 5 weeks and they keep giving excuses that they have no employees but take your money. I wish I could give them less than one star. Had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company cuz I never received my items and four runaround and they have no telephone number you can contact them stay away or you will get ripped off.

Ordered 7/15/22 and order is still in production. Their site says current processing takes two weeks, not even close. Been buying from them for a couple years and liked the product but am switching to more reliable vendor. No notification of excessive delays, etc, but they got my money.....

usually i get my order in a couple weeks, but this time it took 4. that was disappointing, but at the same time i am going through the same issues at my job. that being said this batch of liquids was just as yummy as i could hope for. and also, this much liquid at my local vape shop would have cost me double. and the coils would have cost me $75 instead of $45. i am definitely grateful, i ordered when i still had a couple bottles left.

It is unfortunate because I have enjoyed their product since 2016 but its time to go out of business. When you cant produce the product you sale in a reasonably time frame, people will go else where and you will go under. Waiting 30 day to recieve something you paid for at the time of purchase is not acceptable. Everyone I know has also found other businesses to purchase from. Sadly you need to close up shop.

Ordered product in July 12th, and followed up with 2 emails checking on order. Indicated I needed it by 07/31. Website does indicate production delays, but also gives no reference to timeframe. I understand we all have labor issues and raw material availability problems, but I do not believe you are so monumentally busy as to be unable to produce 3 bottles of juice, that Vixen Vapors here locally can custom make any product in 5 minutes.

On July 15th i placed a $160 order. Today August 2nd order still hasn't shipped. AS the other writer stated there phone is out of service and no Chat available. This is truly unacceptable. I also run a business and have all the same problems, short staff and product shortages but i seem to keep my customers happy. Its a shame i need to go thru a review to receive an answer about my order. My order #2989902.

I have been a loyal customer since 2016. On July 4th I placed an order for $165 worth of product. My credit card was charged the next morning. Today is 7/24 and the order status is still "in production".

Live chat customer service is apparently disabled and repeated messages have returned a paltry apology about staff shortages and increased shipping delays. Come on guys! Even in the height of a pandemic it was never this bad.

***Edited after reply: I understand that production problems persist at ECBlend. My order is well beyond the published production times posted on the web site.

I would be happy to wait if they didn't already have my $$$. Like most people, I live on a budget. Now I'm being forced to go out and buy inferior products with money I don't have. But ECBlend policy is that "an order cannot be cancelled (or refunded) after it is "in production".

With no promises on a future shipping date, my funds are being held hostage.

Ordered this product dirty-ashtray e-liquid,
Wasn't happy with it, was wondering why are all reviews so nice, when what i received tasted nothing like described but as a chemical.
I wrote my review, which was never published, so it leads me to believe this company fakes the reviews and delivers fake products.

Perfect site to mix and max with excellent flavor options. My batch tasted a lot better as it aged, but that's likely because they make it so fresh and it needed to steep. If you miss the classics such as 555, you should be ordering from ECBlend. I encourage everyone to add a splash of menthol or their favorite. I would really really like to review their Baja Burst as I've heard nothing but good reviews.

Ordered a clove juice, tastes just like the real thing. No chemical aftertaste or anything. Takes a few days to process, which is completely reasonable as they are customizing the juice to your particular needs. That flexibility is the reason I ordered with them to begin with, you can get any flavor they have in whatever ratio/strength you need. And all of that for a fraction of what I pay at other vendors. I also like how they offer sample sizes, don’t have to waste a bunch of $$ on something I might not like. Good vendor, will definitely be doing business with them again
