I submitted an order on September 17th, and the order stayed in production for 2 weeks. Today is October 1st they cancelled my order and gave me a store credit, even though they assured me I will get my order very soon on September 26th. I can not believe how can a company like this scam people for their money and still stay in business. Buyers beware and stay clear of this company!

Ordered (#2924784) product on September 10, 2020. I just checked, and it is still in production. They have been very good in the past (ordered in July and March) and shipped within 3 days as stated on their website. I used the chat feature on their website to get some insight as to where my order was, and never received a response. Now I have a days worth of juice left and will have to go to a local retailer to make purchase, which is more expensive for me because they have already taken the money out of my account. Needless to say not real happy with the service/customer service at this point in my life.

Last time I ordered was in 2015 when I quit smoking cigarettes. I have recently ordered from them again due to stress and believe it’s better than going back to cigarettes. Glad they kept my order information! Thanks!

I've been buying vape juice from EC Blends and never had a complaint. Recently I decided to try the nic salt. I love the fact that the flavor is stronger, but I picked the WRONG flavor. I chose Tropical Punch. I gave it away after one puff. So did my neighbor, and her friend, and her friend's friend, and...etc etc. Everyone who tried it said Tropical Punch tastes like NyQuil. It's horrible. But one bad flavor in all the different ones I've tried isn't so bad, and I'll be ordering a different flavor nic salt soon.

I have ordered several times from them. The product is great. However, I'm not sure I'll be back. If it takes 10 days to receive, I find that unacceptable. Not just for this, but anything I order. And I order quite a bit online. Anyone still using the covid excuse is automatically deleted from my list if the item hasn't even been shipped in 3 or 4 days. Ecblend has always been a little slow. Hopefully they can get back to at least that.
That said, I'll still order because I like the product! But maybe every other time.

I have been vaping since the start of your company, and have grown through new products that don't work great, etc. But, I have continued to use your juice. Recently, a friend recommended that I try the novo2, by smok. She said she had really good success and it was very affordable. Yesterday, I went to the 1600 Delta Waters location in Medford to see about trying one. This is where I met Ariana W. I expressed my concerns about previous products and she proceeded to educate me on the novo2 as well as other vaping equipment. She taught me about things I was doing that was causing some of my frustrations with previous products...she answered questions that I didn't know to ask! On top of the education, which will save me money and grief, she was very kind and really seemed genuinely interested in my success and wellbeing! As a business owner and employer, I felt very much like Ariana W. would be the type of person I would love to have running my store. She is knowledgeable, kind, and comfortable with herself which is greatly reflected in her customer service. And, she asked to see my ID when I handed her my debit card. This is why I went back today and bought my second unit from her. As a guy who has been hacked by cyber criminals, i really appreciate the security of knowing that there are people looking out for me when i can't. Ariana is not the reason I use your product, but she is the reason I will start using this location from now on. She is a keeper!

I found Ec Blend on Google while I was looking for a rose flavor vape juice. I had seen that they had a rose flavor and decided to check out their website. I am glad I did! I couldn't believe how many different options they had. I ordered me a bottle of Rose Petal and I was very happy with it. I LOVE that they send you samples of their other flavors! So you get to try things out. They also include a flavor guide which is really nice. After I discovered Ec Blend my bf had now made this his go to place for his vape juice. I love that they have unique flavors like clove and rose. I also love that they allow you to blend flavors together. I found my favorite in a sample they gave me. 7 Leaf tobacco blend I love it! I am so happy to have found Ec Blend.

I have been buying my favorite flavor from ecblend for a while now (Vanilla Butternut), but I have noticed the quality and flavor of the juice has gone way down. I did branch out and get some Banana Nut Bread, and it tastes terrible, like something is wrong with my coil. I changed coils. Still takes like vaping dirty water. I may go back to my overpriced corner store instead of buying here anymore.

HORRIBLE customer service with screenshots to show how JASON decided to speak with me and about me during his hiccup in talking smack about how i probably wouldnt return the products i had questions about and would just keep ordering. Ive been a customer since 2014 and that has completely ended and would have ended quicker had i known how this"business" handles orders and talks about customers.

First off, I really like this juice. I have tried several other vendors after my local store closed up last year and ECBlend is closest to my flavor requirements as anyone.
The only problem I have is their time to ship; it takes several days to actually ship the product after the order is placed. I don't mind waiting for a day or 2 to have it shipped but in January I had to send an email after not receiving a shipping notification for 5 days...and then it shipped. Now this week I sent an email after 3 days with no notification....and then received a notification it finally shipped.

I guess I could expect this time frame and just order earlier but it is very frustrating to have to send an email in order to seemingly get them to fill the order. I will be testing out other online shops so hopefully I will find a faster, more reliable vendor.

Hands down the best vape juice I’ve ever had. The flavors are endless and the quality is top notch. I got a tobacco apple 50% PG/50% VG with cool hit. I tried it when it arrived and it was a little antiseptic tasting but after 3 days of steeping with shaking the flavor is amazing. Having recently stopped smoking ECBlend has made that monkey on my back soooo much easier to manage. Do yourself a favor and try them. You’ll be glad you did.

I messaged them about a blend I was looking for and they suggested a perfect match. The blend was a menthol/cinnamon type of thing that I like and their blend was spot on! I immediately ordered 2 more 60ml bottles.

Good site. Fast on time delivery. Know your stuff before playing around with your blends and then blame it on these guys if you don't like them. Blending flavors is an artform. We ordered small 15ml bottles of flavors we never tried which is what I love about this site along with the DIY option and although I don't like the same flavor profiles as my girlfriend they were spot on flavors as described. We ordered coffee with cream and sugar which I liked but she didn't and we also ordered clove which she liked but I didn't. We will be ordering some other flavors from them to test out.

Right I understand I did a custom order of apple with a cool hit. That said what I receive was pine tree with a cool hit. It wasn't that I didn't like the apple flavor in question, but that I did not receive apple I received pine tree flavor.
