They came on time and did the job provisionally. The charge was bit expensive but work it good.

My boiler had an error. I did 90% of the work for him and found the possible causes.

Made an appt; arranged childcare, took time off work, but the guy was no show. Did not show up. Didn't call to say he can't make it. When I rang him to see were he was; he had no apology or explanation. It was like talking to an idiot.

My theory is, as I knew what to expect in terms of work needed; he probably thought he won't be able to over charge me or maximise his charges.

In any case, I wouldn't book him. Not for unable to turn up. The fact that he couldn't bother to call, only takes 1 min!!
