Ecoway Renewables were great at every stage. Our installers, Rob and Fraser were brilliant. They were tidy, kept us well informed, gave us choices along the way and explained how the new system worked. They were friendly and we felt at ease with them moving through the house. Ecoway designed the whole system around us and gave us full choice over the type and style of radiators, allowing us to keep the cast iron. Others in the Ecoway team were just as helpful, thank you all! Recommendation is a no-brainer - so pleased.

Ecoway Renewables ( Taggat) are very friendly, efficient and reliable, they did our solar panels and air heat pump plus electrics over a period of 3 days. We are really satisfied with the result. They explained everything as they went along.

Ecoway renewables installed an Air Source Heatpump, a new Cylinder and 6 new radiators. Communication from the company throughout the process was excellent and the install on the day went extremely well. The guys worked very efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Taggas kept us informed every step. They did all the paperwork needed. The guys who installed our heat pump and electrics were very polite and cleaned up after, and, turned up on time, which is a real plus, in my experience...My questions were answered and Kelly in customers service was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Taggas.

Taggas have been great to deal with from the beginning to the end. The paperwork was easy and quick and we had an installation date within a couple of weeks. The installation was seamless. The team were so neat and tidy and the new radiators look amazing and you wouldn't know that they haven't been there for years (apart from the fact they look sparkling new). It's early days to see the effect of the Heat Pump but so far so good. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. The guys fitting the heat pump were lovely explained everything as they were going along. Always on time always polite and really helpful. Everything has been done exactly as Taggas said it would.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Eco Way Renewables enough. From the very beginning, they have been trustworthy, professional and incredibly efficient.

What has really stood out for us is the level of customer service and support. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and they’ve taken the time to explain everything properly and help us understand how the whole system works, which has made such a difference.

The whole team have been knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout. After dealing with quite a complicated renovation, having a company that communicates well, does what they say they’re going to do and actually supports you through the process has been such a breath of fresh air.

Everyone from the first point of contact was great and very helpful. Our initial consultation was very informative.
Once we decided to go ahead with the air source heat pump they were very responsive and got the ball rolling to our timeline.
The technical review was done promptly and the surveyor was very helpful.
We had to reschedule the start date which was no problem and the team kept on contact to make sure we knew they where there if we had any questions.
The plumbers arrived on time every day and were very helpful and made sure that everything was going in the correct place by positioning it on the wall to see what it would look like.
They were very professional and did a great job, even removed some excess pipework for us while doing completing the job.
Kelly was my main contact in the lead up to the installation and after. She was always a pleasure to speak to on the phone and provided great service to us. She explained anything I needed and was always happy to help.
The electricians very great and we're able to give me a start time the night before to ensure I would be in. The did a great job of all the electrics and were very efficient with their working.
An over all 10/10 for me for the whole process. Thank you and I look forward to working with you guys again in the future to install more eco upgrades to our home.

The workforce were very considerate and caring. We are totally happy with how we were treated and the work done.

All the people we had contact with at Ecoway Renewables regarding the planning and installation of our heat pump system were so helpful, professional and friendly. They fitted us in at short notice as we had no heating or hot water. Very efficient process from start to finish. Engineers worked extremely hard whilst being considerate and approachable. Would highly recommend this company.

Having decided we wanted an Air Heat Source pump system, we decided to use Eco Way Renewables.
We highly recommend this company.
My first contact was with customer care assistant Kelly who has been excellent throughout the whole process. Always very helpful and clear with her communications.
The surveyor Rhys was very polite, explaining everything very clearly.
I found manager Tim to be very honest and transparent. Any concerns dealt with professionally, leaving me in no doubt I was in good hands.
Regarding the insulation team Robbie and Cameron, no words can truely express how brilliant they are. Both very professional in every asspect of the job. They took so much pride in their work, ensuring everything was completed perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and their expertize was outstanding.
They are not only a credit to the company but to their profession. They were a pleasure to have working in our home.

Excellent from start to finish , very professional throughout , everything was done as promised and it when it came to the fitting the guys went out of their way to make sure that the installation had the best possible outcome for me . Followed up with me the next day to make sure everything had gone OK and to check I was happy . Great company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bit of a mixed experience but ultimately came out with a great result predominately as a result of the great work done by the on-site installation team of Will (electrician), Rob (plumber) & Fraser (plumbers mate) who all went the “extra mile” to ensure we got an air source heat pump installation that looks great and give us a warm cosy house.
Pre-install surveying was a major issue, with some wrong bits delivered that wouldn’t give us a working system so setting the job back a fortnight. Once started, the installation design had to again change but this time hampered by incorrect parts on r just delays getting it to us resulting in Rob having to self-source parts locally to complete the install.
….but after 5 days (inc some very long ones) instead of the scheduled 2, we’ve now got a very professionally fitted and configured Grant Aerona 15.5kW system that all I now need to do is work out how to get the best out of instead of worrying about the cost of heating oil!!
Thanks guys for all your hard work and would recommend Ecoway for honouring their promise of ensuring I got a professionally installed system, let’s now see what their post-install support is like!

Every stage of the process from first contact to invoice was very efficient and professional.
After making initial contact with Taggas, I was contacted by one of the team and an appointment for the initial survey was made. Phil from Taggas conducted the survey, explained everything that would need to happen and when it would occur. Every question was answered along the way. The technical survey was booked and occurred exactly on time, again everything was explained along the way. The customer support team confirmed the installation date and the day before the install team contacted me to double check a couple of points and estimated their arrival time, which they achieved within minutes! Install of the hardware was very quick, clearly very experienced guys. Here though was the only breakdown in what was otherwise a very slick process. The electrician was held up in another job and despite being advised he was en route, he didn’t arrive as expected. This resulted in my having to call the Taggas team the following morning (they did confirm he was due that day). That said the install did occur within the advised timeframe so can’t complain but it was a shame this breakdown in communication upset an otherwise really impressive process. Actually 9.5 out of 10 would be fair.

Great team and heat pump fitted really quick over 2 days, would recommend.
