Had a problem fitting new brake blocks to my bike and needed to get it fixed urgently as I needed to bike to work the next day. Rupert in shop very kindly helped by fixing and making sure they were safe. Many thanks!!

Smooth purchase from website to collection.

Product was delivered on time and the two p-clips themselves are good and strong. Unfortunately their bolts were of different sizes and only 1 fitted the pannier rack it was to be used for. Fortunately I had a spare of the correct size that I was able to use instead.

After some problems with my order everything was satisfactorily resolved.

Efficient delivery and no problem returning shoes when they didn’t fit. Kept me informed with emails throughout the whole process. It is unfortunate though that stores have very limited stock to try on so you have to order online in the first place.

I ordered a product to be delivered to my cycle destination with correct delivery address the product was actually delivered to my home contrary to my instruction and order confirmation-not a difficult request ,will use someone else next time

Ordered some replacement helmet parts. Messed up my order. The team reached out to me, checked what I needed and corrected the order manually.

Called in at the Aberdeen branch today with my daughter’s bike as she had outgrown it and required a part. I know nothing about bikes. I found the assistant to be very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Brilliant service and humorous too! Thankful that the bike is safer now. Will be back.

Attended local branch of EC in Chapel Allerton with suspected puncture. Staff examined tyre and found no defect. Turned out it just needed pumping , which they carried out in an understanding and polite way. They refused to take any payment. As always their mission is to help any inexperienced cyclists.

There were 2 factors that demonstrated excellent service from the Edinburgh bicycle shop. I needed a quad pro set for a motorcycle trip I was going on and it was a last minute purchase. Firstly the price was excellent and the cheapest I could find but most importantly they delivered it earlier than expected, just in time for my trip. Thanks so much and keep up the 5 star service.
