Thank you
Editage provided not only the thesis itself but also covering letter, letter from the editor, and plagiarism check. All of them were helpful. The memos included were documented thoughtfully and kindly, and easy to understand. I am glad that I could use the Editage program and met great editors. :)

First of all
First of all, you have tenaciously proofread my manuscript for submission to the journal over and over again. Each time, you guided me on what phrases I should revise to make my manuscript better in the future, which was a great learning experience for me. Also, some of the journals I submitted to had very short deadlines for submission, and you were very flexible in editing my manuscript to meet those deadlines. As a result, my paper was successfully accepted.
I then decided to present the paper at an international conference. I prepared my slides and manuscript for the conference, but I was not sure who to ask to proofread my paper. However, when I asked you about it, you proofread my manuscript promptly and carefully.
I am very glad that I asked you to proofread my manuscript, and I thank you for that.

Great platform to improve manuscript writing skills on a deadline
The best part, for me and my team, was the speed with which the manuscript was reviewed and tailored to the journal of our choice. The edits not only improve on the text but explain why certain elements need revision, making them educational as well. We also appreciate that if the article was rejected by one journal we can resubmit for editing to suit a different journal with ease.

The service is excellent.
The service is excellent.
Even when we encountered some payment troubles, the personels kindly did their best.
If I address one thing, at that time of the payment trouble, if the mail communication can be done in Japanese, the process should be much more prompt, I felt. But I understand that this is more than we can expect. So except that point, I rate 5-stars, and says the service is great.
