Super efficient service
We ordered a top of the range hot water cylinder that was delivered direct from the manufacturer. It arrived with damaged packaging and when we removed the packaging the cylinder was dented in several places. I contacted EDD and Breen was super efficient. She arranged for the collection of the damaged one and delivery of a new cylinder which all took place the next day. I am very impressed.

Impeccable customer service
Purchased a heater from this company and had delayed delivery, correspondence was spot on and I was kept in the loop. Unfortunately it has recently developed a fault and I’d lost faith in the brand and needed something ASAP as it’s our only source of hot water. Harry replied to my email within the hour apologising and issuing a full refund on the spot - I could not be happier with how this has been handled and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Blown away by the service of using this company for the first time. I am usually skeptical to buy from new (to me!) companies and websites but the online chat with a REAL person was really helpful in sourcing the item I needed to find as my usual suppliers could not get them to me on a next day delivery. These guys were honest about time frames and were very reasonably priced too! The order I made online was processed within half an hour and the item arrived the next day!! Really impressed and would highly recommend them!

Currently in dispute
Currently in dispute with customer services. US Tumble Dryer delivered, but damaged panel had to be put back in pace and upon installation is making strange noises. Apparently as I did not query within 48 hours its now nothing to do with them but a warranty claim we now nned to process ourselves via whirlpool. Spending 2K seems to make little difference to the service and reliance is placed on strict terms.

We too, are disappointed with the procedure that Whirlpool insist on with regards to them needing to liaise directly with the end user.
I think if we'd been informed of damage or 'mis-manufacture' earlier on, we may have had a case for an immediate replacement, which we have organised a few times in the past for customers.
The difference is, with an installed appliance, many manufacturers prefer to make a site visit to rectify the issue as per their warranty terms and conditions.
I'm sorry that you feel this decision was one that WE made, and subsequently see the need to rate our customer service as poor - I can assure you it is not our choice.
We're never happy when our customers have a problem with an item we've provided, but it would make no difference if you had spent £20 rather than £2000, we always try to do whatever we can to rectify any issues no matter what the value.
Hopefully all the other reviews on here reflect our great customer services.
Could I please request that you keep us informed of your warranty service from Whirlpool and let us know if we can help further.

Top quality parts and service
I had to replace my water tank due to heavy limescale buildup from over 20 years of use. Most plumbers I contacted had unreasonably long lead times for a new tank. However, Electric Deals Direct swiftly ordered and delivered a brand new tank within 48 hours. Their service was professional, with a keen understanding of the urgency. On the delivery day, I received a call with the ETA, and the tank arrived precisely on time. Absolute champions! I highly recommend them for anyone urgently seeking quality parts.
