We switched to this company from DEI , after two months came a 5,200€ bill , yes you heard me right like we are secretly operating a nuclear submarine factory , only two people are living in that house with no electric heating or AC or any usage of any heavy consuming electric appliances, only TV fridge and some led lights and a kettle were used (our heating system uses gas and wood). We tried to talk to them but they ignored us and pretended like nothing was wrong , now we have to file a complaint and a lawsuit against them, this company are scammers and should be shut down by not complying to consumer regulations , stay away from these small middle man companies like fire , they suddenly changed their name to “enerwave”, we wonder why…

Moving to a new house and made an application for their service. I've waited over a week for them to get my application on the system, mean while it's 30- 40 degrees outside and I have no air-conditioning or fan while moving into a new house, I have already exhausted over a week of rent money. This is actually inhumane!! Cancel this company now, today!! Please stay away!!

Behavior like a scammer. They calculate the charges in a wrong way in order to maximize their profit. You complain . You get stupid answers, like if they are idiots or they consider you to be an idiot!!

Elpedison's customer service is an absolute disaster. I moved out of my apartment, properly discontinued my electricity account, and yet, a month later, I received a bill for a period when I wasn't even living there. When I called to resolve this obvious mistake, Elpedison conveniently washed their hands of any responsibility and pushed me off to DEDDIE, the company handling meter connections. This blame game is infuriating and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to chase down multiple companies to fix a problem that isn’t my fault. Elpedison's complete lack of accountability and willingness to leave customers stuck with unjust bills is both shameful and outrageous. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before choosing this company unless they want to deal with incompetence and endless headaches.

Among several problems I just mention that they offered me in the opening contract a 40euro gift for sklavenitis supermarket

The worst experience I ever had. They charged me for around 500KWh somewhat around 330 euros. Then after many calls and chats we had they told me they did a mistake and they charged me around 100 euros more than it should be. I told them that again the cost is really high and that it didn't make any sense. I made a complaint to consumer advocate but they never answer them I also did that to rae but again no answer. So I decided to go back to DEH and when I did that they started calling me to propose a really good offer. Of course I decline it. The last bad experience from their side was that on my last bill I was supposed to receive -5.21 euros as a payback but they didn't make any action to inform me how I would get those money back. I had again to contact them again and then they told me that they will send me a form to fill so to receive my money back!

When I just come to the company, the bills for electricity was fine, but after a year, they start to count more and more, on my questions, why I receive so high bill ? The support team says that Everybody received high bills, even me (very professional answer) YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC HOW THEY COUNT, BECAUSE EVEN SUPPORT TEAM DON'T UNDERSTAND!!! My last drop was in December, they send me the bill of 476€ , but in the house was nobody living from 15 of October, we had natural disaster in 2022, and my house was under the water, my car in the sea. So no electricity working in the house, and before new year I receive this bill. And this is not a DEBT, I have payed previous month's bills. I start to contact ELPEDISON, I call, I send emails, I was in the office of Heraklion, no help, no explanation! I say I don't want to pay this bill, and what you think they do? They took this amount from my card, without my permission!!! Of course I didn't get any money back, no answers on my emails. In the office they say, If you don't like something go to other company. And of course I quite this ELPEDISON. I went to new provider and until now all is good. BUT YESTERDAY I HAD A CALL FROM ATHENS, FROM LIGAL OFFICE AND THEY START TO TELL ME THAT I OWN FOR ELPEDISON AROUND 600€ + TAXES...IT IS UNBELIEVABLE WHAT THEY DID. THEY GIVE ALL MY DATA TO SOME COMPANY, THAT NOW CALL ME AND TELL ME TO PAY THIS DEBT. ELPEDISON, YOU ARE CRAZY??? OR WHAT??? WHAT DEBT???? STOP THIS SITUATION NOW!!! I DON'T OWN YOU NOTHING, IF YOU WILL COUNT FOR ALL THE BILLS WATTS, I HAVE PAYED EVEN MORE. BUT YOU COUNT HOW YOU WANT AND YOU TOOK 476€ FROM MY CARD, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!

This is the worst company ever thats why they have a very low rate on the google map the bills are increased gradually higher and higher by the time I had a contract with them for almost a year and 3 months I was not he I got the bills 450€ all breakers were off 📴 Waste of my time,trust and money

Αυτή είναι η χειρότερη εταιρεία όλων των εποχών, γι' αυτό έχουν πολύ χαμηλό επιτόκιο στο google map οι λογαριασμοί αυξάνονται σταδιακά όλο και πιο ψηλά από τη στιγμή που είχα συμβόλαιο μαζί τους για σχεδόν ένα χρόνο και 3 μήνες δεν ήμουν αυτός, πήρα τους λογαριασμούς 450€ όλα τα breakers ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας 📴 Σπατάλη του χρόνου, της εμπιστοσύνης και των χρημάτων μου
