My experience with ERES (Educational Records Evaluation Service) has been the worst I have ever had with an evaluation agency. They failed on every critical level:

1. Excessive Delays: The evaluation of my diploma took an unreasonably long time, with no proactive updates provided on the status.

2. Predatory and Unclear Pricing: Their fee structure is misleading and exploitative. They charge a high base fee and then add extra charges for every single action—additional copies, postal mail, email, and digital delivery. The final cost became exorbitant for the basic service promised.

3. Gross Negligence and Lost Documents: Most critically, ERES lost all of my original, irreplaceable documents, including my diploma. My credentials are from a country where obtaining a second original or certified copy is impossible. The documents were lost somewhere between their office and the postal service, for which they are ultimately responsible.

4. Total Failure of Service: I have paid them a significant amount of money and am now left with absolutely nothing—no evaluation, no diploma, and no viable path forward. This has caused severe personal, financial, and professional damage.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this agency to anyone. I urge others to avoid ERES and seek a more professional, transparent, and responsible evaluation service. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for the value of their clients' vital documents and the consequences of their failures

I had a terrible experience with ERES in Fairfield, CA and won’t use this company anymore in the future.
They were kept asking for more money for shorter processing time which I declined so it took over a month to evaluate one single page of document. When I reviewed the document, I figured out that they even misspelled my name.
Their motto is “if you pay more money, we’ll work on your file immediately, otherwise, don’t expect us to work on your file in order because we’ll work on the files of people who pay for more money.”

I want to thank ERES for the positive experience I had with them. The ERES team was very professional throughout the process. I am especially grateful to Ihor F., an international education specialist, who completed my evaluation accurately, answered all of my questions with patience, and explained every detail clearly. The evaluation was formatted to meet the requirements of U.S. university admissions and licensing authorities. The report showed all of the classes I completed, with correct English translations, U.S. credit equivalents, and academic levels. It not only explained how my credentials compare to U.S. education standards, but also included information about my university to show its status. Upon my request, ERES added scanned copies of my diplomas to the report.
My evaluation was completed within the expected timeframe, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The delivery was very fast and required a signature upon receipt. I truly appreciate ERES’s help and recommend them to anyone who needs an accurate and reliable foreign degree evaluation.

Hola Fernanda Gracias por tu mensaje preguntando por qué hemos dejado tu "familia energética". Te diré por qué: en Andalucía, durante los meses de verano, tenemos una media de 10-12 horas de sol al día. ¿Podrías explicarme por qué seguimos pagando la factura de la luz? ¡Y al parecer, te la devolvemos! ¿Te parece honesto? No lo creemos. Y quizá por eso tan pocos españoles están dispuestos a gastar una gran cantidad de dinero en paneles solares en el sur de España, aunque el sol brilla todos los días. ¿Quizás ellos tampoco confían en ti? Tengo entendido que Eres obtuvo unos 48 dólares de beneficios. Ahora entendemos por qué. ¿Quizás estás robando energía a la gente? No confiamos en ti, así que por eso hemos dejado tu "familia energética" y no creemos que la "familia" deba tratarse así.
