Great, delivered on time & now having the best nights sleep

So happy with our purchase of this mattress, even better than I thought, no getting used to it, first night perfect sleep and the pillows have been great no more neck pain!
Very quick delivery .
Just wish I had ordered sooner.
Would recommend without a doubt.

I dithered about which mattress to order and spent weeks reading reviews of various makes. I felt that Ergoflex were offering what I wanted and within 2/3 days of ordering it was delivered. I am absolutely delighted with it. I can’t remember when I was last so comfortable in bed.

We are at the moment in a 5 star Hotel in Spain sleeping on a new luxury sprung mattress having slept at home on our new Ergoflex. It’s agony compared to our lovely home bed. Cannot recommend the Ergoflex higher

Delivered on time. Unpacked it and along with Pillow I also bought i have to say it's extremely comfortable.
I don't wake up on a morning now with aches and pains like I used to do.
Im pleased I bought these items.

Great that it came rolled up and we were able to get it up to our attic room.
Once unfolded only took a few hours to become a full sized mattress.
We both find it very comfortable

This matterac was my first choice bcs of good reviews from the customers, I am happy with product, comfortable and good night sleep and i highly recommend for the next clients.

My experience in purchasing Ergoflex mattress has been positive. My mattress was delivered as promised. I was kept informed throughout. My wife, has said that, she sleeps better and wakes feeling less aches and pains than with our previous mattress.

Absolutely fantastic customer service & wonderful mattresses; I have bought 2 & they are so comfortable. Sleeping better than I have done in years & look forward to getting into bed every night.
Also, love the fact they are vacuum packed rolled as I was unable to get anything else up my cottage stairs!

I ordered the mattress & a pillow. Both arrived quickly. I have found both to be very comfortable and the aches & pains I was having when waking up have gone. Very pleased.

This is the second Ergoflex mattress I’ve bought, the first one lasting me over 10 years before I decided to refresh. These are the best mattresses I have ever slept on, super comfortable and especially good if you have back problems. 10 out 10

The content on the website really impressed me everything was explained i plain english the photo showing how the mattress was made clear ,the presentation really impressed me
So I ordered 2 double size 5G mattresses,I had a problem placing my order customer service helped me complete my order & explained every step up to the delivery,every step was as explained
the quality was obvious when we re moved the packaging.
I have slept for a full eight hours all week end for the first time in the last 5 years & felt refreshed in the morning , this i haven't done as I have chronic rhumetoid arthritis, this mattress has made all the difference
I made the purchase because the customer service was helpful polite and answeres all my questions,
the order was placed & delivered promptly on time, & as I said i had the best sleep in years
I would recommend Ergoflex to anyone ,thsy are pleasant helpful people ,they know their product & value each &every customer .

If I could give Zero I would.

Your website banner offering free returns is misleading. Cost me £45 to return the mattress even though it was within the 30 days and I couldn't sleep on it after 1 night. Do not believe the free return.
My back was in bits after 1 day, explained this and explained I have axial spondyloarthritis and that's why we purchased that mattress, the owner female I spoke to on the phone after numerous emails back and forth, told me to carry on using the mattress and it would get better! if a mattress is not comfortable day one, then how on earth would it get any better, especially as I woke up feeling like I had slept on concrete.
Charged £45 to return the bed, very misleading stating free returns.
I offered to return the mattress myself and she stated that I couldn't do that as it would be sent to a charity to use. As they can't resell it as its been slept on, and that the £45 is an admin fee. So not a return fee atall.

Female owner on phone no empathy, no interest, and rude, had to ask her on a couple of occasions not to speak to me the way she was.

I'm sure she will leave a reply on here that will be just as pleasant as the time I spent speaking with her on the phone.

Lesson learned don't buy from here.

She also stated her dad has the exact same condition as me and he uses the same mattress without issue. I highly doubt this. And this response I got just showed how unprofessional she actually was.

My third mattress from Ergoflex. My family have brought them after my recommendation.
