This is my second Ergoflex mattress I had the first be for 9.5 years and loved it . Love the new one more firm but so comfortable and not hot. Online purchase and delivery were great

Order delay and acidic customer services.
Acidic Customer services.
We have ordered from them previously but this order was delayed by over a month with me having to chase the order and when asked about an exchange was ignored. Please be sure to read the T&CsFULLY before ordering from them.
Customer services needs overhaul as whoever they employ for this role has complete lack of empathy.
Took business elsewhere.

When your order was placed, an out-of-stock notification was displayed at checkout advising that the selected item was unavailable at that time. This notice explained that we would contact you once new stock arrived, which was expected towards the end of November.
We apologise that we did not contact you prior to 28/11. However, there was no update available before this date, as outlined on our website — we would be in touch as soon as new stock arrived. Stock was received on the morning of 28/11, and we contacted you as soon as this occurred.
We always aim to be fair and transparent in our approach. Our terms and conditions are available to view on our website prior to purchase.

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with this company. The mattress should have been delivered nearly a week ago. We were not informed of any delay. Their response has been completely unsatisfactory. No information about when it would be delivered, why there was a delay. They apologised and that was it

Unfortunately, due to a particularly busy Christmas period at one of our delivery partner depots, combined with a temporary operational issue at the same location, our customer service team were unable to provide a confirmed delivery date in their daily updates, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused.

The customer service people were very responsive and helpful.
My delivery was for a destination outside the EU so there were a few more steps in the ordering and delivery process but the staff made it as straightforward as possible.

Great customer experience, lovely mattress
The mattress is great but what really stood out to me was the customer service. I ordered from outside the country, and they were so flexible and patient helping me figure out the logistics. The responses were quick and friendly. It was overall just a wonderful experience.
The mattress arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and is very comfortable so far (I'm only 2 days in but so far so good!).

Really comfy mattress that is a huge upgrade
Really comfy mattress that is a huge upgrade from previous Dormeo. Read the reviews that were all favourable and took a chance as unable to trial or view physical mattress. Appreciate it's a subjective test but I like a firm mattress and wife loves a softer mattress but we're both really happy with how comfy and supportive this is. Came vacuum packed and ready to manoeuvre without any odours. Great quality

Absolutely hands down the best mattress…
Absolutely hands down the best mattress I've ever had. It took a couple of nights to get used to it but I now feel like I get such a deep and comfortable sleep. My sleep score has massively increased on my Garmin! Honestly, its a game changer. Thanks Ergoflex x

Best mattresses on planet for my money
I've had Ergoflex mattresses for the last 15+ years, and wouldn't change brands. I love these firm mattresses – they're of the highest quality, always excellent and brilliantly comfortable.
I work in tech and I'm hunched over a laptop most hours of the day. Yet I have zero back or shoulder problems, in an industry plagued with them. I credit Ergoflex for this. I sleep flat on my back with just a neck roll under my neck, and my body is supported beautifully by this mattress. I wake refreshed and with absolutely no aches or pains.
I can't rate Ergoflex too highly. I'll never swap. And yes, this probably sounds like a paid endorsement but it's absolutely not. I'm nothing to do with Ergoflex... I just rave about them for free.

I love the mattress
this is my second purchase
I did not love the delivery.
Delivery driver did not drive to my house
but to the end of the road.
He was on his own.
He dragged the mattress down the road.
I shouted for him to stop
and drive to my door
but he didn't listen.
The box was badly damaged.
Luckily everything was ok inside
but you expect a better service on an expensive item.

Excellent product for a great price
Very easy to order, quick delivery and simple to open the box and set the mattress up. It completed the process of restoring itself within the time stated. It’s extremely comfortable and much cheaper than the previous mattress we had of this type. Very happy with the quality and price. Would recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a great mattress at a very competitive price to similar products.
